Service is our main focus and our team takes great pride in their skills and the work they do, which is reflected in our ability to provide each customer with best in class service, a skillful diagnosis, accurate estimates for repairs, transparent billing and we always have a tech available to answer any questions you might have.

- TBTeresa BryantJun 26, 20265.0My family has had a bad experience with a different shop, so I asked around, made some phone calls, and had a couple of different people and even shops recommend Watercrafters. I had a rather convoluted bunch of items needed for two wave runners and my trailer. They followed thru with everything, were detail oriented, and thorough. I received my skis a little sooner than expected and found the work to be excellent. They even cleaned the inside of the hull which was full of oil from a previous oil change from another person who didn’t change the rusted out filter. They answered all my stupid questions with patience and professionalism. Both machines run like they are brand new again. I will return when needed and have recommended them to my family and others.
