  Scott and the team were SUPER helpful. He did everything he could to get my brakes fixed. I really appreciate his honesty and him actually wanting to fix the problem and not just make a sale. It means more to me than he knows and will have my future business.

  I came in with a brake light out, and Scott took care of it the moment I walked through the door. He had it fixed in under 10 minutes and wouldn't even charge me. That kind of honesty and generosity is rare, and it's exactly why I'll be bringing my car back here for anything bigger. Thank you, Scott, for the quick, friendly help. Highly recommend!

  ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ The Anderson Mavis location is a diamond in the rough. After more than 40 years of life—and being someone who usually prefers to work on my own vehicles because I’ve often struggled to trust outside shops—I can honestly say that finding this place has been a blessing. I’ve consistently received outstanding customer service, quality workmanship, honesty, and genuine concern for the customer. What stands out most is that I never feel like I’m being nickel-and-dimed or pushed into unnecessary repairs. The focus seems to be on diagnosing the actual problem, doing the work correctly, and treating people right. A huge part of that culture, in my experience, is a gentleman named Aaron. Whether he is the manager, lead technician, or both, he operates with the kind of ownership, integrity, and commitment to customer care you rarely encounter. I’ve personally watched him help other customers, solve problems, and go above and beyond—not because there was an opportunity to make more money, but because it was simply the right thing to do. I recently witnessed Aarin and and another technician named Ray, take care of an elderly customer whose vehicle needed attention after a previous service. They treated her with kindness, patience, and respect, and made sure the issue was addressed without making her feel taken advantage of. And they did all of that without charging her, even though it was clear she was ready and willing to pay. Acknowledge that for whatever reason, the job wasn’t done right the first time so their mission was to make sure it got done right the second go around and that was going to absolutely be on the house as it should be. Honestly, it was righteous behavior in the world of unrighteous, scammers. A particular elderly lady was taken a back and a little blown away as was I unlikely most who would’ve been here to witness such exemplary Service and CARE . Seriously, it truly warmed my heart. I also had a bad experience at the Mavis location in Clemson, where work was done poorly and the resulting problems weren’t properly resolved. Coming to the Anderson location was a completely different experience. This is the kind of automotive service people hope to find but rarely do: skilled technicians, honest communication, excellent customer service, and a genuine commitment to doing the job right. I have three vehicles, and I can say without hesitation that this is where I’ll be taking them. Aaron and the entire Anderson mavis tire and brakes  crew have earned my trust and my LOYALTY. Shoot, I wanna bring my vehicles in here to get service that I don’t need just to look out for them and say thank you for treating me so well.  If they offer the service your vehicle needs, I genuinely recommend giving this location a shot. Real talk—this place is where it’s at. 🔥 Thank you, Aaron, Ray, and the entire Anderson Mavis team for proving that excellent automotive service and genuine human decency can still go hand in hand! Bravo!!!

  Great experience at Mavis. The staff was friendly and helpful, and they got the work done quickly without making the process complicated. Service was professional, pricing was reasonable, and I was happy with the results. Definitely a place I’d use again.

  If you are reading reviews and trying to determine where to get new tires, tire service or simply need to speak to someone that is a professional with outstanding customer service skills then I suggest you stop reading, pick up the phone and call Mavis in Anderson, SC. To sum it up, I received the best customer service from DJ at Mavis than I have at any other business. With my college aged daughter away from home and an unexpected shredded tire, DJ gathered all the details, ordered tires, dealt with a tire delivery and took care of my daughter in the same fashion that I imagine he would have done for his own kids. I have two key points: One for customers: I can recommend a better tire service center based on my interaction. The other for Mavis: DJ is absolutely a phenomenal representation for your brand. As other's move to AI/automated answering, your current setup gets me to DJ on the phone quickly. Don't change this...it's not worth the "phone savings".
