From the moment I arrived, Paul provided outstanding customer service—friendly, professional, and genuinely attentive to my needs. He took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure I understood the services being performed without any pressure or confusion. What really stood out was Paul’s honesty and integrity—you can tell he truly has the customer’s best interest in mind. He was incredibly knowledgeable and made me feel confident that my vehicle was in great hands. His attention to detail and commitment to doing the job right the first time is unmatched. The whole process was quick, smooth, and efficient, and it’s clear that Paul truly cares about his customers and the quality of his work. It’s not often you come across someone who goes above and beyond like he does. He created a welcoming, stress-free experience that made a routine service feel exceptional. I highly recommend this location and especially Paul Panks for anyone looking for reliable, honest, and top-notch service. I’ll definitely be returning!

  First time customer. My oil change appointment was on time, fast, and friendly. Corey Bradshaw took the time to answer questions I had about potential future services for fluids and tires. He didn’t try and upsell things today that I didn’t need. Corey even recommended I not get the tire rotation I’d scheduled because that would move my most worn rear tire back to the front. As someone who worked in a dealership service department for almost twenty years, and has always done every required maintenance on time, I knew my vehicle’s current condition, so I really appreciated that Corey knew his stuff.

  Tanner was great at making suggestions but not pressuring me to buy. He also explained everything well without talking “down” to me. Service was quick and affordable! We love the Anderson location and are frequent customers.

  Full synthetic oil change . Cory made sure I received the best service. Accurate, timely, professional, curtious and knowledgeable! Even on a super hot day he smiled and made me feel welcome and important. His leadership trickles down the line, setting a good example to what customer service and good business is all about . I was also able to hear the tech underneath stating his findings of no leaks and what he observed needed to be done. Thanks guys for your positivity, professionalism and kindness. It means more than you know! Keep it up!
