  We rented a 15-passenger van, and the legroom between the seats was uncomfortable, especially for adult men. However, the van was quite high, which made getting in and out somewhat difficult and uncomfortable. It would be even better if a step or running board were provided.

  The team was prompt and friendly throughout my experience. They picked me up from the body shop and had everything ready for me. I was only in the office for a couple of minutes and then back on the road. They gave me a high-quality car with a full tank of gas. They also made sure I knew how to work everything in the car since the tech was a little more advanced than my personal car. I left something important behind when I turned in the car and they were quick about calling me so I could come retrieve it. Top notch team all around!

  I reserved a Nissan Rogue for my trip, but when I arrived, I was instead placed in a van. Unfortunately, we experienced a few issues with the van during our travels. While we were still able to make it safely to our destination, the situation was definitely not ideal especially given that we had reserved a different type of vehicle. Once we reached our destination, we attempted to switch out the vehicle, but were told there were no cars available until Thursday or Friday. This was frustrating and inconvenient, as we were already dealing with problems from the initial rental. That said, I do want to recognize the Wilmington/Anderson locations for their efforts. The staff there truly did everything they could to make the situation right and were helpful, understanding, and professional throughout the process. Their customer service made a difficult experience a bit easier to handle. Overall, while the vehicle issue and lack of availability were disappointing, I appreciate the effort made by the Anderson team to resolve things as best as possible.

  The day of our reservation these people call to tell us they don’t have a car for us. Update to respond to the business: if a reservation means nothing to your business, then just stop taking reservations. We called Enterprise twice today to discuss car availability and were told to wait for a call back…we finally gave up when you closed for the day without any update. So no, I won’t be calling again to discuss your inability to honor your obligations.
