  I love renting from Enterprise on Clemson Blvd. They always treat me as VIP and they make sure I am truly satisfied with their services. They care about their clients. I am always pleased when renting from them. They are my go to rental place in Anderson.

  I have been a loyal Enterprise customer since 2019, and I have never been treated as poorly as I was during this experience. The vehicle I was given was honestly terrible and nowhere near the quality I have come to expect from Enterprise. To make matters worse, the employee I dealt with seemed extremely unknowledgeable and was unable to properly answer basic questions or provide the level of customer service you would expect from a company this large. What bothers me most is that I have continued choosing Enterprise for years because my previous experiences gave me a reason to trust the company. This experience completely changed that. I did not feel valued as a long-term customer, and the way the situation was handled was unacceptable. A bad vehicle is one thing. Poor customer service and employees who don't seem properly trained to handle customer concerns is another. After being a customer since 2019, I expected much better from Enterprise. This was easily the worst experience I have had with the company, and it has seriously made me reconsider whether I will continue renting from Enterprise in the future.

  Customers Beware: My experience with Enterprise on Clemson Boulevard in Anderson, SC was NOT a good one. Consider my experience before you do business with them. I think there are much better car rental options. (Budget, Avis and Hertz). Inaccurate billing: I was charged a full seven days for six days and four hours of rental. High pressure sales tactics: I was basically threatened when I tried to decline their Damage Waiver option. The clerk told me that Enterprise is self-insured and they would "come after me" if anything happened to the car if I did not purchase the coverage. Questionable Fuel Up for Return: Upon rental I was told to return car with same level of gas as when I drove it off their lot. When I turned it on they told me I owed two extra dollars for gas as they "have a chip" that can monitor gas level. They offered no support of such charge. The staff seems to have that corporate brain-washed mentality and they never gained my trust as a customer. I will no longer be a Enterprise customer and I urge you to use caution when considering using Enterprise. Consider other rental agencies.
