  Very friendly and helpful until it came time to get my deposit back and I was shorted $55 and no one could give me a straight answer Front desk, lady” cannot speak to what the after hours people said” Then was put back on hold and then disconnected Anderson enterprise at 8:50 AM, June 29

  Our passenger van carrying an 8th grade basketball team across the country had a random engine failure only 4 hours into our 16 hour trip home - absolute worst case scenario for me. That is until Madison provided the fastest and most accommodating customer service I’ve ever received. She was not only incredibly kind and empathetic to our situation, but got us a replacement vehicle and had us back on the road in less than 15 minutes. One of the players on our Oklahoma Intensity basketball team summed it up perfectly when he said to me as we were leaving “Madison is the GOAT, Coach!”

  Horrible customer service. Had a car with the headlights not working and and was told "Just don't drive at night." Finally got a replacement after being told they don't have any cars all day, the lot is full of cars that have been sitting there for the last 3 days. That car was filthy, smelled like mold, and had a check engine light come on. Brought that one back and was forced to take a car I did not want or fit in. Was told to take this one or just keep driving the one I brought back with issues and hope nothing happens. Higher management needs to look into this place. Heather I already called, no response.

  Set my reservation for 12pm. The genius female behind the counter set the reservation for 12pm when they close and then told me there is nothing they could do, even though I advised I was about 10min away. Instead her and her manager quickly left the store so they wouldnt have to deal with the mistake they made. Terrible customer service, terrible management capabilities, terrible place to get a car because they will mess up your plans. Just go to budget or hertz. They are better

  I've had excellent customer service at the Anderson location where I rent for work regularly. They keep the vehicles in good condition too. I have only had very minor issues, but I report it and they are genuine about making the corrections. They truly try hard-er.
