  I have rented cars from enterprise for years but after today I will never again! I booked a reservation 2 months ago to pick up at 4pm today, at 6pm last night they called me and told me they don’t have a car but they will do everything in their power no matter how far they have to go to get the suv I was supposed to get and would call me back. I never heard back from them so I called them from 8am to 9am and never got an answer. I had to call another store for them to call them and have them call me. Once I finally got on the phone with the office manager she told me they wouldn’t be able to get me the car I reserved and could give a van that wouldn’t accommodate my group and basically there is nothing they could do so with less than 8 hours before I was supposed to leave for vacation I have no car. I asked for the district manager number I guess she is just as worthless as her employees cause they couldn’t give me her number just an email that don’t work!!!!

  A lot more helpful than the Clemson Blvd location. Was by himself but still tried to help me out.

  No problems. However, I just returned my car and there were many very unhappy customers for numerous reasons in front and behind me. I believe the girl working the counter was named Lexis or Alexis. She was the only one working. The place was very busy, but she kept her composer, greeted everyone with a big smile and did her best to keep everyone taken care of. From what i witnessed, she deserves a raise!

  I’ve never been a fan of the rental car process but these guys are A1! Pickup was super fast and drop off even faster. I’m very appreciative of the professionalism of the staff on site. I definitely recommend this location!

  The Pearman Dairy Road location is the best! From the driver that picked me up to the return of the vehicle, I was treated with respect and even received a call letting me know that I had left some things in the vehicle and they would hold them for me. Pricing was upfront and the rental process was fast and smooth. Would definitely use again!
