  Customer service was great. The techs were very nice, explained the process, were quick with my oil change, and changed my engine air filter. They checked all of my lights and turn signals. I will definitely be a regular customer at this location!

  The customer service at Valvoline in Aiken at Whiskey Road was fantastic. This was my first time getting an instant oil change for my vehicle and the team were very welcoming and walked me through the process.

  Staff was fast and efficient. Multi-point inspection was done and we were informed of all inspections as they were doing them. Employees were friendly and we were in and out in under 15 minutes. We were thanked for our business. I would recommend.

  Casey the manager was awesome he made sure everything was done correctly and even explained things about my car that I didn't fully understand which helps me to know what to do with the next visit, at the moment you guys have created a long time customer I was so happy with the service that I truly look forward returning to get more work done.   I had an excellent experience at this Valvoline Instant Oil Change. From the moment I arrived, everyone was extremely nice, welcoming, and professional. The staff was very respectful and friendly, and they took the time to explain everything they were doing to my vehicle in a way that was easy to understand. They kept me informed throughout the entire process and answered all of my questions without making me feel rushed. Their customer service was outstanding, and it was clear that they genuinely cared about providing a great experience. I truly appreciated how informative, courteous, and efficient the entire team was. I will definitely be returning for future services and would highly recommend this location to others. Kevon, Patrick, Xavien , and Calvin were great. Thank you!
