  Even though they were short staffed and only 2 people there today they had worked diligently and effectively to get me and 2 other customers in and out fairly quickly and had wonderful customer service

  Great People all around and especially Jeff. I called and told him what I was coming in from and when I tell you he was ready he was. He met me to the car and did everything that needed to be done and took my car right on back.

  Had to make an emergency stop at Mavis on Richland this Sunday due to a flat tire. Not only were we in and out within 25 minutes, they were able to patch the tire, show us the knife blade that caused the issue AND provide exceptional customer service the entire time. To be honest, Mavis would not have been my first choice if it weren’t a Sunday. It’ll be my first call/stop from here on out. 10/10 definitely recommend. Thanks, Guys!!

  This is a follow up my previous review.I am with regret that the store in grovetown replace my rotors and pads.After having a better understanding what they understand "Grovetown Ga "did completely wrong,the store on Richland Ave in Aiken South Carolina did another inspection and I am totally satisfied.The store manager in Aiken South Carolina is an expert in automotive mechanics. In my opinion if you're having any problems with Grovetown on bluegrass.Take it to the store in Aiken South Carolina on Richland Avenue...I can promise that you will be totally sacrified.Mr Davis.I am totally, totally disappointed with the store manager in Grovetown Georgia on bluegrass.... All they had to do is listen to me in Grovetown and they didn't. They kept denying me and saying that nothing is wrong with my car.I should have brought my car here in Aiken for rotors and pads.If the Bluegrass store would have only listed to me and to drive my car that they would have found the problem.I want to give a heartfelt apology to the store in Aiken South Carolina on Richland avenueWe had a long discussion and I want you to know that Chris in Aiken South Carolina and his employees all magnificent, professional, courtesy.God bless thus store.To the Mavis corporation. You have a great employee here named Chris I think you all should promote him to investigate other stores to make sure that your products and your services are handled with the greatest aspiration.
