Never had a rental car before and was very happy with them taking the time to show me all the new bells and whistles and how to use the new car since I was used to an older one.

The return process at ATL airport was absolutely top-notch!! I could not have been more impressed with the service provided by the gentleman that greeted me as I arrived! I had recently had two horrible/unacceptable experiences at CHS airport with Budget but will certainly try Enterprise at that airport next time.

In reality, you may end up with a Dodge or another non‑luxury vehicle, yet they do not reduce the price — an unfair business practice. According to the staff, this location simply does not have enough luxury vehicles in stock. The staff themselves provided excellent service; however, be prepared for long wait times, especially on Saturdays (close at noon) during the summer.

Kaylen is phenominal to work with - most professional and knows her business. I was in and out quickly. I highly recommend this Enterprise and their team.
