After having to jump start my car several times after a full charge twice - I took my car to a local Automotive Shop who showed me the diagnostics on my battery and it was less than a 1/3 CCA left. I bought a new battery and had it installed.

Tried to charge me 80 dollars for a gallon oil that was advertised at 35 dollars. I explained that 35 was correct showed him the sales add and the label where I got the oil. He said yeah that price isn’t right we are going thru the store and fixing prices. I said look the 2.5 gallon is 80 dollars but the gallon is only 35. He was pissed explained that I was wrong even though labeled correctly he pulled the 35 dollar tag off and said sir it’s 80. I went down the street to another store and got it for 30.00. I called the store to explain that the price was wrong. James was his name he was a total jerk. He said he was the manager so I asked to speak to someone else he said no there isn’t anyone else here which was a lie I just left. Then I asked to speak to someone else above him he said call our district manager. I said who is that he said I don’t know. I said you don’t know who I can talk to he said his name is Kevin and I’m not giving you his number. Worst customer service ever worst run store. James is a complete disgrace to advanced auto.

Brakes work by using friction to turn kinetic energy into heat. There are two designs: drum brakes (older), and disc brakes (newer). Both use hydraulic pressure to move a piston outward.
