  Called and scheduled an appointment for an inspection. I was scheduled at 5:30pm. When I arrived, the gentleman didn't even greet me. I said I was scheduled for an inspection and was told they don't have anyone available. No apology or sorry for the inconvenience. He didn't even ask if I would like to reschedule. I kind of felt dismissed honestly. I won't visit again.

  My girlfriend dropped off her car to get her exhaust looked at around 9:50am. We went to get it around 5pm after they called us. The car was in the same spot, untouched, issue or inspection not for completed after 7 hours. What was even the point of leaving it there? I would not go here again or recommend this place to anybody.

  Went there for an inspection sticker, bought a car that had tint and didnt have time to get tint removed before my cut off date just needed to fail the inspection so i had extra time to get that sorted. Man working looked at my car from the parking lot and refused to do my inspection due to the tint. Not even to fail me and let me know if i had anything else that had to be fixed to pass. Went to HKK and they did it no problem.

  Why would you allow me to book an inspection appointment if your inspection machine doesn’t work? Or call me and tell me you won’t be able to do it before I drive over there for no reason at all??? Should’ve learned my lesson the few times I’ve been here how unprofessional they are

  This place is a joke. Made an appt for a 5:30 inspection. Received a confirmation for an appt at 5:30 for an inspection. Walked in for my appt and the guy at the desk asked why I was there. I stated for an inspection. He looked at me and rudely said no your not that is my last inspection of the night. Pointing to a a car on the lift and then proceeded with attitude that the state didn’t send him any stickers. When I showed him my appt on my phone he said well that was the call center that made the appt. Mind you I received An additional text about my appt at 3:30 in the afternoon for my 5:30 appt. This is the second time this has happened to me there. When I told the guy A simple call is all it would have taken to inform me that they were out of stickers so I didn’t Have to rush there after working all day would of been considerate the guy told me not to come back . The big honcho guy was very unprofessional and was so rude. Do better Monroe.
