  Oil+filter change and tire repair on 7/6. In and out in 1:40 hours due to tire needing replacement and balance. Staff is friendly and explains things concisely. Good experience all around.

  I called to make an appointment for same day oil change. I was happy to get it within 2hrs of calling. It was the quickest visit to a garage ever. I wasn't pressured into fixing or buying anything else. I would definitely go back.

  Always very easy to deal with, I’ve brought my vehicles in to have state inspections and oil changes and it is always very easy and pleasant! I highly recommend this business!

  I had a very disappointing experience at Monroe Tire Shop in Woonsocket. We scheduled a simple tire rotation and alignment early in the morning, with a clear timeline due to travel plans. We were promised the car by noon. Not only did no one call with an update, but when we arrived, we found they had broken bolts removing the tires causing hours of delay. We missed our travel, wasted gas, and had to return the next day. Worse, the car was returned with wobbling wheels, and we had to go back again to fix their mistake. The lack of communication and accountability, along with safety concerns, was unacceptable. I had to escalate this to corporate. I wouldn’t trust them again, unfortunately.

  Called made an appointment for 10. Got there, guy had no clue. Said that was the calling center. And had cars ahead of me wasted my Morning looking for somewhere else. Another failing franchise.
