    Every time I order a part I get a phone call telling me that it's there and then I go there and they don't know where the part is this has happened on multiple occasions. I like some of the staff however it's a big problem when you need a part right away and order it and go to pick it up and no one has any idea were the part is 🤔? I ask yesterday over the phone to order a part with the part number and they told me they had to order it from Cranston and would be in today and called to check if it was there they said yes so I went to pick it up and not a single person had any idea what I was talking or who I spoke with? They wanted to order again? I said no all go to Napa. I don't mind get miscellaneous stuff at this point that's about it.

    Im not sure of their names but the two men working around 12:30ish pm really helped me out today. I bought the bulbs for my car, but firestone said they didnt take outside parts and in total it would be around 140$ to get it done. So I went back to sadly return the bulbs and the man at the desk said wait a minute, let me make a call. He called a local mechanic down the street for me and told me to head over. When I got there they only charged me 20$ for the install. I can't thank the guys at auto zone enough for saving me 100$ especially in this economy. 10/10 service
