  Working with Eddie and Michael was the best. They were super responsive, moved quickly and got me into a new Wrangler in under 24 hours at a price that was better than the competition. I highly recommend partnering with them, especially Eddie!

  We stopped by Westerly Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram to look at a used vehicle we had seen online and were immediately welcomed by Eddie with a smile and a handshake. From that first interaction, we felt comfortable. We drove a few vehicles and quickly figured out which one was right for us. Throughout the process, Eddie never pressured us or tried to rush our decision. Instead, he took the time to answer our questions, explain our options, and make sure we felt confident every step of the way. When we returned later that week to purchase the vehicle, the experience was just as positive. Mike, the General Manager, made a point to check in and ensure we were comfortable and happy. Michelle was incredibly patient and kind as she walked us through all of the paperwork, making what can sometimes be a stressful process feel easy. What stood out the most was that Eddie did exactly what he said he would do. He followed through on every detail we had agreed upon, including taking care of a few lighting issues through the service department. Everyone there was friendly, efficient, and genuinely cared about making sure everything was right. Even at our very first service appointment, we were treated like valued customers, not just another sale. Buying a vehicle can be overwhelming, but this team made it a truly enjoyable experience.   I recently purchased a 2026 RAM RHO and, from a vehicle standpoint, I have nothing negative to say. The truck is outstanding and exactly what I expected from RAM. The sales process was handled by Eddie, who was a capable and professional salesman. Up through the point of sale, the overall experience was good and gave me confidence in making the switch from my previous dealer, where I had purchased my last three vehicles. Unfortunately, the experience changed significantly at delivery and afterward. Customer service quality dropped off noticeably once the deal was finalized, and follow-through on post-sale expectations was lacking. That contrast made the overall ownership experience disappointing despite the quality of the vehicle itself. Switching dealerships was a big decision for me, given my loyalty to my previous dealer, but based on the post-sale experience, I would not choose to purchase another vehicle from this dealership again.
