- MIMandi Isbell1 day ago3.0The wait was pretty short and I like that you don't need to make an appointment. The staff was friendly and did a decent job. My only complaint is that this time they didn't do everything they usually do. Like check the cabin air filter and resest the oil maintenance warning in the car.
- ALAlexis LarawaySep 22, 20261.0We took our car here for an oil change, and that was fine, but they told us we needed an “engine flush” for another $80. I stupidly agreed to it despite the fact that we get regular oil changes and our car is well maintained. Shortly after, my check engine light came on, the car threw a knock sensor error code that went back off, and the oil level light came on. The mechanic we talked to said that an engine flush is not part of a vehicle’s normal scheduled oil-change maintenance, and can cause issues such as dislodging deposits in the engine and interfering with oil circulation. Not only was this an unnecessary upsell, it potentially caused further damage to our vehicle that we now have to pay someone else to diagnose and repair. BEWARE THE UNNECESSARY AND POTENTIALLY HARMFUL UPSELL!
- EMErica MartiraSep 17, 20262.0I waited in line outside for approximately 20 minutes. After being brought in, I was told by a girl who claimed to be the manager that would be right back with me. Shen then brought another vehicle in and immediately started their oil change. I asked her if she forgot about me, at which point she became very rude and said “someone will be with you. We good “. No we absolutely are not! I’ve been a customer for years and have always had a great experience. This visit changed how I feel. None of your customers deserve that kind of treatment!
