  Very poor communication and customer service. Called for an oil delivery and was told I'd get a call with an ETA. After not receiving a call, I called back the next day and was again told I would get a call with an ETA for my delivery, a few hours passed so I called again to find out when they'd be delivering as our oil level was getting quite low. I was again told I'd get a call with an ETA. Eventually I got a call that night and was told they could be there in 2-days. Finally, on the scheduled day of delivery after having not received any oil or a call, I contacted them and was told that they would not be delivering because they were not taking new customers and I was not a "usual customer." They left us high and dry after telling us for 3 days they would deliver for us. Overall a poor experience.

  Got gas. Full service. They pump it.

  I tried unsuccessfully, to get 3 different oil companies to deliver monthly, because I am on a limited income. Gingers was the only one who agreed. I couldn't be more happy.
