  1. Drop off/pick up service at my garage was effortless and friendly. 2. Didn't care for my first rental. Dealership gave me a recommended time slot for the next day when there would be an assortment of vehicles to choose from, understood why I wanted to change, and made it easy.

  Everyone at Enterprise is great. Had the car when I needed it, met me at the repair shop and I was able to leave the car there when I picked up my car. Refunded my $100 ,quickly. Just double check key fob batteries.
