  This place will remind you what the America’s good old customer service would have been. You will be amazed by their very smooth, warm and absolutely professional white glove service all through including online reminders and pre-check in/out convenience. Highly recommended.

  If I could give no stars I would. Made a reservation 2.5 weeks in advance, 5 hours before arriving to pick up my rental I recieved a phone call from the branch informing me that the car I had reserved was unavailable due to the previous customer extending the rental past my pick up day and that they did not have a replacement vehicle anywhere near the location. When asked why they approved the extension they said it was done online. However, according to Enterprises own website all extensions must be approved by the branch, meaning that they approved the extension knowing they did not have a replacement and then lied about doing so. If this is how they conduct business it is beyond me how they have managed to stay open.

  1. Drop off/pick up service at my garage was effortless and friendly. 2. Didn't care for my first rental. Dealership gave me a recommended time slot for the next day when there would be an assortment of vehicles to choose from, understood why I wanted to change, and made it easy.
