Had my front windshield replaced. All the front view sensors add another layer of complexity to the job, but the tech did a great job and finished on time. Coordination with insurance company was seamless. Great job and very happy with the outcome.

Amica scheduled my SAFELITE windshield repair appointment. They communicated regularly with me and repaired my rock damaged windshield in about 25 minutes. They were timely and professional. My technician, Tyra-Ann was excellent! She explained the repair process and did a super job!

Very helpful and convenient, was able to get a mobile appointment, John did an awesome job, because of my narrow driveway, John changed the windshield. In the parking spot in front of my house., saved my inspection sticker & work sticker, and the windows have never been cleaner and the inside too. Great job John and the team at Safelite

Frustrating all around!! Called and made an appointment beginning of June, only to be called the day before (adjusted scheduled ahead of time for this appt) to say they don’t have the OEM windshield in and they’d call me when it was. I called back on June 15th to check the status and was told they need my approval to “order the part” from the dealership (why wasn’t I told this/the part ordered originally?!) I waited over a week to hear back from them to say the part was in (my inspection is due at the end of the month) and scheduled a weekend appt. They quoted 2-2.5 hours for service, still here almost 3.5 hours later (yet they’ve managed to get multiple people in/out with the same service who arrived after me). Nice service people but I’ll definitely be going somewhere else in the future.

Safelight sent appointment reminders and a brief video prior to my servicing. The technician called with an ETA and arrived as stated. He came right to the house and performed the repair efficiently. He explained the process, what he was doing and what to expect. Technician found a second chip on the windshield during a pre-service inspection and was able to get immediate authorization for the repair from my insurer—no cost or time required from me. Technician was friendly and knowledgeable. Very happy with the service and will recommend Safelite to others!
