The technician was professional and kept me informed about the progress of my repair. There's ample seats to accommodate you while you wait. I would recommend them to my friends and family.

If could give zero stars, I would. I went to Safelite three times in total, and unfortunately, I feel like they failed me all three times. I originally brought my car to an auto body shop because rain was leaking into my vehicle. The mechanic told me he was 99% sure the leak was coming from the windshield. I didn’t want to take any chances, so I decided to go with a well-known company like Safelite. I paid over $500 out of pocket for the service because I figured that if they offered a lifetime warranty, it would be worth it in the long run. Wrong. A couple of weeks after my first visit, I returned to Safelite because I was still having water leaking into my vehicle. I explained that I wanted to use my lifetime warranty and asked them to take another look to determine where the leak was coming from. They inspected the vehicle and told me the water was not coming from the windshield. At that point, I became desperate and took my car to the Honda dealership, where I had previously purchased the vehicle. Honda inspected the car and again told me they believed the windshield was the source of the leak. I explained that I had just had a new windshield installed by Safelite, so I did not want to pay for another one. Honda suggested that I return to Safelite and have the windshield resealed. So I made a THIRD trip to Safelite. I explained that I was still experiencing the exact same water leak and that Honda had advised me to have the windshield looked at again. I was "fortunate" enough to speak with the manager that day. Unfortunately, instead of feeling like my warranty issue was being taken seriously, I felt like I was being given a hard time. He eventually said they would take a look at it. I left my car there for a few hours and came back to pick it up. There was no tape on the windshield, no indication that any work had been performed, and honestly, no visible sign that anyone had even touched the car. and if you think it’s easy to just pick up your phone and call this exact location? wrong! I called Safelite Customer Care afterward to verify whether a work order had actually been entered. The representative read me the work order written by the manager himself: “Water isn’t coming from windshield.” That was extremely upsetting to hear. A water leak into a vehicle can be very difficult to diagnose, which is exactly why I went to professionals in the first place. But how can you confidently document that the "water is not coming from the windshield" without actually addressing the windshield or explaining what was done to determine that? What is the point of offering a lifetime warranty if, after paying over $500 for your service, I can return with the exact same problem and feel like my concern isn’t being taken seriously? I gave Safelite multiple opportunities to help resolve this issue, and I am extremely disappointed with the experience. At this point, I no longer have confidence in the service I received or in the lifetime warranty I paid for. I would strongly encourage anyone considering Safelite to do their research and understand what happens if you experience a problem after the installation. I expected much more from a company with Safelite’s reputation.

I’d give zero stars if it were possible. One appointment booked for last week was canceled 2.5 hours after they were supposed to arrive, due to “overbooking”. A second appointment was booked for yesterday between 12:00 & 5:00. They never showed up. They didn’t text, call, or make any attempt to reach out. Just simply didn’t show up. Absolute trash customer service, and a complete lack of professionalism and ethical behavior. I’ve now wasted two full days waiting for appointments that never happened. Reached out to another local windshield shop, and for the exact same price, they’ll have it done tomorrow.

I submitted an insurance claim for several cosmetic chips in my windshield, including photos and detailed descriptions of the damage. The claim was approved, and my insurer scheduled the repair with this Safelite location on my behalf. What followed was an incredibly disappointing experience—not because the repair ultimately “wasn’t necessary,” but because of the lack of communication, transparency, and professionalism from this location. After dropping off my vehicle, I spoke directly with the technician and explained the cosmetic chips in detail. I also asked him if my insurer submitted the photos to them, he told me they did not. Later that day, I discovered that the service had apparently been cancelled. The problem? No one at this location bothered to tell me. I only found out after calling Safelite’s general customer service line myself because I was confused about what had actually been done to my vehicle. They reviewed my records and confirmed what had happened. Even worse, despite confirming my phone number at drop-off, this location never contacted me to let me know my vehicle was ready for pickup or that the repair had been deemed “unnecessary.” I waited for over an hour, eventually going to the location myself simply because I had no idea what was going on. When I arrived, the technician handed me my keys without acknowledging that no one had contacted me. His explanation was that the chips were only “surface chips,” so they didn’t need to apply pressure to the glass to “apply the sealant,” and that the chips supposedly wouldn’t spread. But that is all he told me. He did NOT indicated that a service was not required/performed. That explanation raised enough red flags that I called Safelite’s general customer service afterwards when I returned home, to find out what had actually happened. To be clear: I would have had absolutely no problem being told that the damage didn’t require repair. Things happen, and sometimes the appropriate answer is simply, “no service is necessary.” What I do have a problem with is being left in the dark, receiving a vague explanation only after I showed up myself, and having to call the company’s general customer service just to understand what happened to my own appointment… A simple phone call saying, “We inspected your windshield and determined that no repair is necessary; your vehicle is ready for pickup” would have resolved everything. Instead, I was left waiting, uninformed, and ultimately feeling like I had to investigate the situation myself to get a straight answer. The lack of communication and transparency was unacceptable, and the experience felt careless and deeply unprofessional. I would not return to this location and cannot recommend it based on this experience.
