  Nice marina, however, when issues are addressed to the management team there is no care , lack of communication, and they do not uphold the quality or concerns as customers pay a hefty price.

  I've been a member for over 10+ years and have spent tens' of thousands at Safe Harbor Cowesett. I want to provide an honest opinion about the Service Department. It's horrible. Literally zero communication by the service manager and staff. Too few mechanics on staff to address the work load. Always backed up. Poor communication - They launched without my permission (I said I wanted to be there) and then reported that the boat was taking on water. No photo or video. Staff never called me. I happened to stop by and asked for a status and that is when they told me about the water intrusion. I asked where the water was coming from. "Not sure". Then their script changed from water gushing in to water trickling in. Given my mechanic just replaced the bellows, I had to have my mechanic come back to confirm his work was good. It was. No water in the bellows. Then the part that needed replaced. I asked by email had it been ordered? No response, so I had to go to their office. "It's being sourced". Weeks later. I had to stop in again. I asked did the part come in? "Let me check, yes it came in yesterday". Why was I not called? Now, waiting for the part to be installed - day 2. Mechanic Justin seems smart. But now out for a personnel appointment. The delays just keep coming. Was told boat would be launched today - nope. Not happening. To the General Manager of Safe Harbor - you have an issue. Your staff needs to communicate to members/customers. You need to hire more mechanics, or move them around from other locations. After this, I'm going to source another mechanic to do work - I'll greatly update this if SH responds, but right now, I'm not a happy customer.

  Marina is ok, but don’t come here for their pools. Pools are closed everyday early so you can never count on the facilities you pay for.Looks like it’s left up to attendant to decide when they’re tired of working. Sad.
