  My wife had a tire go flat on her way home. The next morning, I was able to keep it reasonably inflated for 20 minutes. Monro was the only place in that distance that both had the tire in stock and could get me in that morning. 45 minutes after arriving, I had a new tire installed. The price was very good, the service was great.

  Freddie and his team did such a great job! I needed my oil and rear rotors and pads replaced. Done in no time! Plus, free AC and WiFi while we waited! Along with a RI state inspection! Bang up job; VIOC around the corner couldn’t free the filter… thank you, Freddie!

  I'm always loyal to Monro and their manager Fred! Fixes everything I need in a very timely, polite manner and has good conversation while I'm in the shop. Thanks for all the work you put into my beetle!

  I truly cannot say better things about this auto shop!! I was very out of luck being out of town and my car had a very small problem. Let me tell you; from the people, to the expertise in their craft, everything is so top tier. I loved my experience and I was truly blessed by the people working there today. I highly recommend them for anything:) 🇺🇸👑

  Came here for an oil change last summer and the manager spoke in a very threatening manor. I had a 4 pm appointment and was quoted $50 over the phone. Both the parking lot and garage were empty and given that I had a 4 pm appointment and arrived at that time, I figured I'd make it easier for them to drive the car in, so I parked in front of the garage. The manager absolutely reamed me for it and demanded that he better not catch me doing that ever again. This was literally before a single word even came out of my mouth. Whatever Munro's policies are, you don't talk to people like that, much the less a paying customer. Additionally, he overcharged. Bill came to $120, literally over double what I was quoted. I drive a tiny 2 seat hybrid. There's no way he didn't intentionally do this because he was upset. No idea if this lunatic is still managing this location but I would stay far away from this place either way seeing as there's tons of other places to get this work done around here.
