  can’t say enough great things about Sean at the Enterprise on Post Road in Warwick! After returning my rental, I realized I had accidentally left my garage door opener in the vehicle. I was stressed, assuming it was gone for good, but Sean went above and beyond to help. He tracked down the next customer who had rented the vehicle, stayed in contact with them even after they extended their rental, and kept me updated every step of the way. He called me multiple times with updates, which made what could have been a very stressful situation so much easier. Thanks to his persistence and outstanding customer service, I was able to get my garage door opener back. It’s rare to find someone who genuinely cares about their customers the way Sean does. I’ll gladly make the drive from Seekonk to the Warwick Post Road location for any future rental needs because service like this is worth it. Thank you again, Sean, for going above and beyond!

  I don't leave many reviews but Enterprise on Post Rd in Warwick and the people I worked with on my rental were beyond excellent. I wanted a small truck and made my reservation with Samantha/Sam who is the manager. She went out of her way to get me a truck from their airport location. And not just any truck either. Chris was my guy for the actual process. He brought this brand new ( under 2,000 miles) white Jeep Gladiator to me at the auto body shop where my truck was getting worked on. Chris was super nice and showed me what I needed to know and I signed my paperwork. It was a real treat that it took under ten minutes. When I brought the truck back both Sam and Chris made the process fast and easy. I had also extended my reservation two times and they were really great at doing so with no problems, and again very quickly. I will always go back here when I need a rental because it was so much better than past experiences I had with other rental businesses. I just can't say enough about the excellent customer service they provided. I highly recommend them! Thanks Chris and Sam for making my experience so positive and uncomplicated. You're the best!
