  I was in my first car accident and was nervous about finding a body shop for repairs. I love my car and really wanted to get it back to its pre accident condition asap. D&H collision was amazing to work with. They worked seamlessly with my insurance company and even provided me with a company rental when I did not have rental coverage on my policy. The owner Dave was so kind and has great communication skills! He kept me in the loop on my repairs and my car came back looking better than before my accident! I feel like I have a brand new car! I cannot recommend this body shop enough!!:)

  I caught my bumper on a snow drift, and it tore all those little plastic clips! I had been driving around looking like an idiot for months before taking it in to be repaired. David, Jake and the guys at D&H repaired my car in half the amount of time estimated for a great price. Wish I had brought it in sooner!

  Communication throughout the entire process was terrible. From the very first day I walked into D&H, I found the receptionist to be rude and dismissive. Unfortunately, that same attitude continued during my phone calls when I was simply trying to get information about my vehicle and rental. After receiving a letter from my insurance company saying I did not have rental coverage, I became extremely worried that I was personally being charged every day for the rental. I called D&H several times trying to get a straight answer. The receptionist could have cleared the entire situation up during that first phone call by simply telling me that the rental had been provided at no charge. Instead, she repeatedly told me that she “didn’t know” how the process worked, and I was left with no answers. I was also promised that a copy of my signed rental agreement would be emailed to me “right away,” and it never was. Because nobody would give me a clear answer over the phone, I ended up driving all the way back to D&H while already dealing with the stress of having my vehicle totaled. Only after I arrived was I finally told that there had never been any charge for the rental in the first place. Had someone simply communicated that to me over the phone, the entire situation and a tremendous amount of unnecessary stress could have been avoided. What made the experience even worse was the way the owner handled the situation. Instead of acknowledging the communication problems or trying to understand why I was frustrated, he called me “aggressive.” My boyfriend was there and agreed that I was not being aggressive. I was asking questions and trying to get information that I had been unable to get despite several phone calls. Overall, my biggest issue with D&H was the lack of communication and the way I was treated from the beginning. A situation that could have been resolved with one clear explanation turned into days of unnecessary worry and frustration. Based on my experience, I would not recommend D&H.
