  A very smooth and no hassle process. Don't worry if your flight is delayed. They stay open till 1:00 am. They'll stay later if flights are running super late like mine. My flight was 7 hrs late and didn't get in till 12. As I scrambled to get to the Rental counter, I was relieved when the pleasant young lady at the counter informed me she was there till 2a.

  Great experience with Alamo. Folks in Providence, RI were great and the vehicle was superb. We will probably be renting from Alamo again, especially because we get the Texas Farm Bureau Member Discount.

  Long time Avis renter, but customer service dropped like a rock. First time Alamo renter and was very pleased from start to finish. I have officially changed over from Avis!

  Steve is an asset to your company. He was knowledgeable and willing to help, even to helping us get the seat belt unstuck. He was there when we returned the car, still smiling at all us weary travelers.

  Worst experience ever I went online and requested a car on Priceline I paid for the car and everything when I got to the building the door was locked well how can I get in the building . I saw a side door open and a construction worker was kind enough to help me . As I went up I only had a confirmation number I went up to a worker that was at the desk from Alamo at 700 Jefferson blvd in Warwick and I asked him if he knew where I can pick up the car . He said I need a License and a credit card I don’t have my debit, but I told him I would pay for the car. He told me that the Credit Card’s just for a hold in case anything happens to the car and I told him I already took care of everything online all I needed was the keys to the car. The guy refuse to even get his manager. He just told me there was nothing he can do and that he gave me my stuff back and said he have a good day. I was stuck in Warwick. I don’t know where to go, and the guy was cocky useless and gave me no other Instructions on how to get out of the building he didn’t even recommend another Rent-A-Car place. How are you gonna work for a rental place and not offer other assistance ! This was the worst situation I ever experienced in Rhode Island . When I asked about a refund, he told me that I had to recall Priceline in order to get back the refund because there was nothing he can do on his part OK which I totally understand but at least you could’ve done is gave me some pamphlets so I know where to go and how to get out the building. I had asked some gentleman with a yellow shirt on how to get out because I was stuck. I didn’t realize that this place was connected to the airport and I didn’t use the airport. I just needed to rent a car and this is the first place I knew to go to because it’s easy to get a card from but instead I had the roundabout. And I have a migraine and a half and of course I didn’t get a car
