  Rented a car through the Alamo website for pickup at RF Green Airport in Rhode Island. We flew in from Orlando and when we arrived there always a line at all the car rentals. We saw that Alamo provided a QR code at the line entrance and we took advantage of that. From start to finish: QR code, walk to the 5th floor, assistant, pick of van, new van, check out, drop off, friendly staff 5 minutes for pickup and less than that for drop off. Well oiled machine.

  Properly cleaned and low mileage vehicles. Super friendly and courteous staff. Easy booking and returning process. Highly recommend Alamo at T.F. Green Airport!

  Unfortunately I booked through Priceline. The website says the deposit varies, but does not specify an approximate amount. I've never rented a car before, so I thought they just needed a credit card on file and a 1 or 200 dollar deposit. Nope. $400. $400?!?! I wasn't able to complete my reservation. I could not get a refund. The counter lady said they tell you during booking. No TF they didn't. I would not have booked if I knew the deposit would be $400 and can only be paid by credit card! Then the lady was trying to see if another location that accepts debit cards could complete my reservation. Before I left I asked if she was transferring my reservation or if I would have to pay again. Very nonchalantly she confirmed yes I would have to pay again. Oh, but it's cheaper because it's not the airport location!!!! Like that made anything better?!?!

  From the moment that I was greeted by the first employee of Alamo rental car it up to the very last person that I interacted with that Alamo every single person that work for them had a smile on their face. The car was in perfect condition. I had no issues at all

  Matt at the front desk checkin / payment was so kind and easy going even while managing more than one station. Tom was most helpful and went above and beyond to be sure we got the perfect rental for our family vacation when I asked to view 3 different vehicles. He was so friendly and kind! A+ service all around. Our experience was quick and easy at pick up and drop off. Zero complaints. My only quarrel is with the prepaid gas. We prepaid at $3.78/gal however total came to $75.51 which would be more than $3.78/gal. We filled out at 4 other gas stations and the most expensive being $4.01/gal cost us $61. So not sure why the prepaid came out to $75. Otherwise completely satisfied!
