  As always, my experience at Valvoline was wonderful. The employees have always treated me with such respect and kindness. I’ve always been spoken to in Laymans terms, which is just what I need so thank you and thank you. Your wonderful employees in the Warren Valvoline office. I always have dimension no matter how wonderful your employees are. I still think your oil change prices are incredibly high.

  Alex was exceptional during my recent visit with one of our vehicles from the Veteran’s Home. I truly appreciated how thoroughly the team checked everything over. While some might see vehicle inspections as an attempt to upsell, I view it as the key to receiving quality service. They found critical items that you simply wouldn't notice yourself but absolutely needed to be replaced. The other service center we use is never this thorough or detailed. Thanks to Valvolines deep inspection, we discovered that the vehicle was still running on its original factory air filter. Because of Alex's diligence, all the necessary work was identified and completed, ensuring our vehicle is safe and well maintained for our veterans.

  Fast service friendly people. Not sure why oil changes cost so much. Even with coupon till 100 bucks. But all places seem that way
