  I want to make clear this is a reflection on the company not the shop. You have calls going to a call center that doesn’t have a clue as to what is going on in the shop. I scheduled a state inspection through the call center only to be called by the shop and told they didn’t have any time until Friday. Stop outsourcing and let the crew in the shop do their jobs. If I ever do go back I will NEVER call the number but rather show up at the shop. Again this is not a reflection of the shop rather the company

  Great place to bring your vehicle for auto repair and service. Jordan is very friendly and helpful and makes you feel at ease! I trust their advice and will continue to bring my vehicle there and to tell others to go there also.

  I have been having an issue with my taillights. They were able to troubleshoot and correct during the regular oil change appointment. Came home and for the first time in two years, all the lights worked :-)

  Called to get a state inspection done and was surprised to get a 3pm appt at 215pm. Went there and waited THREE AND A HALF HOURS for the inspection to be completed. Turns out corporate answers the phone and left two guys to manage the whole shop. Highly understaffed, one man was very professional and apologetic. The other was defensive and rude when I asked wth was going on after waiting for 90 minutes. He explained corporate just overbooks them so they can’t give good service. But then when I asked how long it would be until my car would be seen he just walked away saying he would ask. But didn’t. I finally convinced them to give me my keys so I could at least do other things while I waited- ran errands and came back. Got the inspection, but lost 3.5 hrs of my life. I don’t blame the mechanics. I blame the company. Get a better system. Won’t be going back.
