  Would rather give zero stars. I had an issue with this place several years ago. Was essentially pushed out the door anytime I tried to get any service cuz I’d make an appointment and then get there and they’d tell me it’ll be hours and probably wouldn’t even get to it today. I complained to corporate. Told them I’d never go back there. Out of desperation today called about pricing and made an appointment. Figured it’s been years and couldn’t possibly have the same experience. Same. Exact. Experience. “It’ll be hours, if we even get to it today. You can reschedule or go down the street to Valvoline” I don’t care how many coupons or calls I get from corporate this time. I will never step foot in a monro ever again. You could offer me free service for life and I will not step foot in a monro ever again. Trash service every single time.

  scam artists who will charge you upsells even if you say no. went in for basic oil change, guy tells me he has to see if they have basic oil. he just went and did the advanced oil change anyway after i said i only wanted the basic. go to valvoline.

  Booked an appointment, the place was closed when we showed up for it. The phone service handles a group of Monro's and tried to sent us to another location. Get your act together.

  I came to this location with a scheduled appointment that I made the day before online and Was told when I got here that because they’re the only person there I can’t get my oil Change done today. I had already went to another location in Pawtucket the day before to get an oil change and they were too busy so that’s why I went ahead and made an appointment ahead of time to begin with at the Warren location so I could easily get in and get my appointment done and continue on with the things I have planned for the day . Why even have a business running if you only have one person on shift , taking care of cars at that. Another thing you got a girl with orange hair walking around inside the shop with pajamas on helping this kid work on vehicles!! What kind of unprofessional business is this??

  I want to make clear this is a reflection on the company not the shop. You have calls going to a call center that doesn’t have a clue as to what is going on in the shop. I scheduled a state inspection through the call center only to be called by the shop and told they didn’t have any time until Friday. Stop outsourcing and let the crew in the shop do their jobs. If I ever do go back I will NEVER call the number but rather show up at the shop. Again this is not a reflection of the shop rather the company
