  I had a 1230 appointment scheduled for an inspection. Commuting from Portsmouth, the Bristol ferry bridge has been a real juggernaut.However, I gave myself an hour advanced time to get to this appointment. Only to arrive to have the man say. "Oh the inspection system is down". I asked why no one notified me and he said it went down an hour ago and I am too busy." He had a bad attitude when he should've said."I'm sorry." I will not waste my time going to this business and I suggest you don't either!

  I had a 12:00 PM appointment for a state inspection, oil change, and tire rotation, and noted in advance that I would be waiting. When I arrived, I waited about 20 minutes just to be checked in. At that point, I was told the service would take a few hours. I asked if they could complete just the inspection, but was told it would still take the same amount of time. When I questioned the purpose of scheduling an appointment, I was told I might want to go elsewhere since only one person was working. I chose to leave and will not be returning. I do feel for the employee, who was clearly overwhelmed, and there were several other customers waiting as well. However, it’s frustrating that appointments are scheduled without the staffing or capacity to support them.

  Came in for an inspection and they had it all done in a couple of hours. Great service.
