  Called to get a state inspection done and was surprised to get a 3pm appt at 215pm. Went there and waited THREE AND A HALF HOURS for the inspection to be completed. Turns out corporate answers the phone and left two guys to manage the whole shop. Highly understaffed, one man was very professional and apologetic. The other was defensive and rude when I asked wth was going on after waiting for 90 minutes. He explained corporate just overbooks them so they can’t give good service. But then when I asked how long it would be until my car would be seen he just walked away saying he would ask. But didn’t. I finally convinced them to give me my keys so I could at least do other things while I waited- ran errands and came back. Got the inspection, but lost 3.5 hrs of my life. I don’t blame the mechanics. I blame the company. Get a better system. Won’t be going back.

  Needed service for an inspection sticker. Everyone was very friendly and the service was quick.

  CALL TO CONFIRM: As others mentioned, I had an appointment for a state inspection and on arrival was told my 'best bet' was to come back later in the morning, when the inspector would be there. They said the appointment didn't mean anything.

  Made an appointment for a car inspection. When I showed up it turns out that the inspector doesn’t work that day. Made another appointment for the next day at 945am and the car was not inspected until 315pm. How does an inspection take over five hours?
