    I had to reschedule the gas tank replacement on my NEW Trailblazer several times since no "loaner" vehicle was available. I was asked to make sure as little gas as possible was left in the vehicle since they had to take it out. When I got the car back with the new gas tank, it had NO GAS. As soon as I started the vehicle, the low fuel notification came on! I was lucky to get to the gas station! Pretty poor service when you need to replace the GAS TANK on a "NEW" car and give it back to the customer EMPTY! I had even asked that they put gas in it to check to make sure the sensor now worked and they did not.

    There was no communication at all. They tell me they will call me back but never did so each time I had to call them back. First the service guy tells me issue isn't covered under warranty and I have to plead my case that it should be and ultimately was covered only because I do my own homework. Pick my vehicle up and the inside of the truck is all wet. When asked no one could give a straight answer. I would not reccomend Masse Chevrolet for any service. This is my second time there and both experiences were the same. Even the general manager couldn't be bothered to come out of her office and help a customer.

    Terrible buying experience, they said registration was included ( I have texts, emails, recordings) when I went to get my plates of course, registration was not included . I got passed around from person to person for about 2 weeks for someone to finally admit they made a mistake, originally they tried denying it. Thank god for DJ at the other location because he remembered the purchase and had my back. Didn’t get any apologies, and if I hadn’t stayed on top of it for a solid two weeks of phone calls it wouldn’t have gotten fixed:
