  Had a tremendous experience working with this dealership and especially Edwin. I genuinely cannot advise you enough to call and ask to work with him. Especially for nervous buyers considering the economy. He is kind and reassuring, very unlike the stereotype we all fear. Edwin, thank you so much for being such an excellent guy, even though you’re a Knicks fan! Also thank you Blake for your professionalism and speed. This is a really well run place.

  I am leaving this 1-star review to document a serious failure of manufacturer accountability at Paul Masse Chevrolet South in Wakefield.I own a 2018 Chevrolet Traverse that I bought as an official GM Certified Pre-Owned (CPO) vehicle. When the transmission previously failed, it was replaced by this GM dealership under the official corporate CPO powertrain warranty network (tracked under internal GM TAC Case #9-11060118073).Shockingly, that official GM replacement transmission (Part #19416755) has prematurely failed. Despite the entire history of this vehicle and its parts existing strictly within the internal General Motors CPO ecosystem, the service management team at Paul Masse Chevrolet is actively refusing to coordinate with corporate to honor the warranty and fix the vehicle. Instead of executing standard GM warranty protocols for a failed CPO powertrain component, the dealership has offered nothing but deflections and stonewalling. When you buy a Certified Pre-Owned vehicle from an authorized Chevrolet dealer, you do so for the peace of mind that GM stands behind the car. Paul Masse Chevrolet's refusal to respect an internal factory-backed warranty completely destroys that trust. I have escalated this breach of contract directly to Chevrolet Corporate Headquarters and have filed a formal consumer complaint with the Rhode Island Attorney General's office. I strongly caution anyone against buying a CPO vehicle or getting major powertrain service here, as they do not stand behind the GM badge.

  Bought a vehicle from Dan at Paul Masses in Wakefield RI. Part of the deal included rubber floor mats… The amount of time it took to get the car prepared ready for pick up and then the floor mats were not even there… when I questioned them they said they had not come in yet. A week later, I called back and Dan, my salesman, did not even work there anymore… Now I had the vehicle and no one cared about the deal. I Called back multiple times to try and get the formats and I was brushed off every time. I would not recommend the dealership to any of my friends or family. Very poor communication and multiple times when I called the dealership was disconnected before being able to speak to anyone. Beware.
