  Wonderful dealership. I experienced a very bad transactions with a local dealership close to me and the experience was horrible. I then called Paul Masses service department explained what had happened. I was treated with extreme kindness and understanding. My car was serviced right away.

  This was the worst dealership I could ever deal with! From sales to service, it was one huge disappointment! Management doesn't ever get back to you, and they cheat and lie and don't give the service that you're supposed to get. If I could give less than one star, I would. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone, and I would stay clear and never go there!

  What a bigger regret!!!! No responsibility whatsoever sold me a pick up truck with a lot of problems! Already spent more than $6k and they don’t take any responsibility for !!! Plus one time the car was there getting fixed they damaged the door .

  I had an appointment at 1 for oil change & tire rotation. The wait was less then 45 minutes. The person at the service desk was very nice & professional.

  I called today as I have an issue with my 2017 Sierra, I was told as it has 150k on the truck they will not work on it. It is not my fault GM put a garbage motor in it but they wont work on it for me. I need to get the truck inspected but wont pass due to a computer issue which needs to be done by GM. I was going to price a brand new truck out but they will never have to worry about me walking on the lot now!!! Stand behind what you sell!!!!!!
