It was a struggle from the start with communication between all parties. it was almost as once the car was sold , their job was done. We had to keep reminding them to fill out their end of the paperwork, then within a month of owning the truck, there was already an issue (we were told everything on the car was updated and checked thoroughly). However, brake pads were not done, sensors were bad, and the truck has an awful shake that even after the service , is still doing it. It took us a week of calling to finally get across to the service department. Even now, my truck is still having issues and we are afraid to even bring it back because it seems like nothing was done except them clearing the codes on my dashboard! Very disappointed in this whole process that was supposed to be a pleasant experience. I feel like I was sold a truck with known issues and don't know what to do next. It went in for “service” and they didn’t even touch the rotors or calibers, just slapped new break pads. The second I hopped on the highway, all the issues I had the truck there for were still present! UPDATE: this was a review I left from an email, waiting for them to make it right, I only chose to post this for their eyes only. However, here I am months later, with new problems occurring on the daily. We had our first hot day last week, I turned my A/C on and it was blowing hot air. I called them to bring it in, was told “they have no diesel mechanics” and I can’t get the truck in anytime soon. I couldn’t take the hot anymore, couldn’t enjoy the comfort of my own truck, and let my lifelong friend with a huge shop check it out to see why it wasn’t working. His answer shocked me….! He told me all my wiring was “chewed up” all the way to the harness! Mind you I live in Cranston no where near the woods, lived here my whole life and not one family member, my girlfriend, friends or neighbors have had this problem ever. None of my past vehicles ever had any issues like this. Not only that, but my brakes were never changed, and that this car WAS NOT gone through at all (filters, brakes, sensors, injectors etc.) Mind you, iv called at least 10 times asking to speak to the owner, not once has he been in. The one time last week that he was in, he was “ in a meeting”. Was told he’d call back … nothing. I call the next day, and he’s on vacation for a week! I am extremely frustrated, disappointed, and fed up. I’m a 28 year old who put his hard earned money into a new truck and I’m left stranded and abandoned with a truck that has thousands of $ worth of problems that should have been fixed before I even picked the truck up!

I brought my truck in for service because both rear wheels were leaking. The first time it was looked at, I was told everything was all set. However, the issue persisted, and I had to push to have it checked again.
The second time, they acknowledged the leak and replaced the valve stems. When I returned to pick up the truck, one of the wheels was still leaking. I was told it would be ready shortly and just needed another 15 minutes, but after waiting an hour, the truck was still not done.
At that point, I asked them to reassemble everything and put the tire back on the truck so I could take it elsewhere. As I was leaving, they mentioned that I likely needed a new rim and that they were trying to avoid that cost for me. However, if a new rim was ultimately the only solution, I don’t understand why that wasn’t addressed from the beginning.
I paid $547 to fix two leaking wheels, yet one is still leaking, and I now have to take the truck somewhere else for further repairs.
