  They have 2 EV connect chargers. They park their cars in front of them and then lie that the chargers aren’t working when in reality they are and you can track that through the app. Don’t have them if you aren’t going to allow people to use them. I reported this location. Yes I have an EV but I also own a Yukon Denali.

  I called today as I have an issue with my 2017 Sierra, I was told as it has 150k on the truck they will not work on it. It is not my fault GM put a garbage motor in it but they wont work on it for me. I need to get the truck inspected but wont pass due to a computer issue which needs to be done by GM. I was going to price a brand new truck out but they will never have to worry about me walking on the lot now!!! Stand behind what you sell!!!!!!

  This is the second lousy experience at Paul Masse. The first was about 6 years ago. I was new to the area and brought my Corvette into the Wakefield location for an inspection sticker. The car was in mint condition with 30k miles and the service department told me I needed $2000 of repairs to pass. I chose to go to a local shop where I got my inspection sticker and learned I didn't need any service at all. I learned they were crooks back then. Tonight I test drove a vehicle and I was having my potential trade-in assessed for value. The woman sales manager threw an insulting offer on my pristine vehicle because she said it needed new tires. All 4 tires were in excellent condition and the spare was new. The salesman was polite and helpful throughout but this woman rubbed us the wrong way. When I told her about my sketchy experience In Wakefield she blamed "Michelle" (I'm assuming that's Masse). Thank you for the snacks though... unfortunately the nuts were stale, just like the experience, and your vehicle had previously been in an accident ("hit a deer") I don't need any excuses, apologies, or pushback, so don't bother.   At their dealerships they have EV chargers, listed in many apps. When you arrive what you find is that they park their new EV's directly in front of them, including off hours, and they are not charging, not plugged in. This, after being directed many miles to their dealerships to charge your car, you can't! Extremely rude. I feel sorry for anyone that buys an EV from them.

  I searched for a couple of months for the exact truck I wanted and finally found it but it was 1100 miles away from Atlanta. It was priced great and I called on it expecting a hook but I got the opposite. In my 35 yrs as a commercial contractor I’ve dealt with countless people and companies but I can honestly say I’ve never worked with a better one than this group and especially David. I just wish we had someone like Masse down here. Thanks Dave and Masse y’all are a credit to your industry! 👏🙏
