Popped my tire last night & wasn’t sure what to do since I no longer have AAA. I googled the best tire shops around me and this one was the first to pop up. When I called For an appointment John was a great help he assured me he can fix my tire the same day, set me up with an appointment and a hour n a half later I arrived. I believe His name was Junior he was the one who greeted me when I came In & helped me get the best price for my tire, waited no longer than 20 minutes. I will Definitely come here again and recommend to family & friends.

AVOID!!! AVOID!!! AVOID!!! To begin, it is clear they smoke a ton of marijuana as the place constantly reeks of it. Which also explains why the customer service and communication is awful. On multiple occasions including this last one, they failed to call to pick up the car once it’s done leading me to have to do so, after being informed “it would be done by the end of the day”. Highly unprofessional. One time the guy was so blitzed he tried to charge me over $1000 for a tire fix (which still isn’t plugged properly and leaks, which what brought me in very recently). He had the wrong car. On this last occasion — which is the last time I, my family or anyone I know for that matter, will return — I dropped my car off for an inspection, and to re-fix the plugged tire they originally fixed. My appointment was for 10am, and at 4:40pm I had not heard anything so I was (once again), forced to call. The girl at the front (the only one in the building with the ability to think coherently), was polite and said they were supposed to call me because they could not perform the inspection without the front plate attached. Well no one had called me, my car was there all day, and I sped over in hopes we could resolve this or come to a fair resolution. The girl behind the counter tried to help, but when I spoke to the main mechanic (not sure his name, but he had piercings & big plugs in his ears, and about 5’3, and looked stoned out of his mind), gave me a dirty look. He was talking on his phone and seemed irritated that I was there asking him questions. I asked “why did no one call me?” He replied “don’t know” “Well my car has been here all day since 10am, and no one thought to call me?” “Nope” “And you did nothing to my car at all and never called me?” (It was still parked in the same spot.) “No” “Not even fix the tire that you repaired that is still leaking?” “No” “So there’s nothing you can do to help?” “No, nothing we can do” “Okay I’ll be going somewhere else” As he sat and stared at me, and as someone who has worked with people in recovery, I know the look of an intoxicated individual. I’m not sure what is going on in there, but they clearly are smoking pot, in the store, and clearly can’t communicate clearly and coherently. I would avoid them at all costs. Such a shame for a decades old establishment to have fallen so far.

There's no possible way these reviews are all legit. We brought a truck in for an inspection. Were told it needed some work to pass. Was told repair would be done that day. They literally asked if I was waiting I asked for the time frame then agreed to wait. Sat in the waiting room and I had to initiate everything. "Is it almost done?" The girl (this is no mature woman, this is a child) behind the counter started giving me a line about opening it up finding new things. What did you find because you didn't tell us? Are you doing unauthorized repairs to the vehicle? We had to leave and arrange rides home. Here we are day 2 (this is a company vehicle mind you. We're losing money as we pay for subpar service. Nice.) and the same thing just happened. Rather than be cordial the girl behind the counter decided to argue with me when I said I had already heard the line about "opening and finding new things" again, she's a terrible customer service agent and it seems they have her there acting like this for a reason. I cant imagine our vehicle wasn't rushed and is safe. I would never bring my personal vehicle here and will absolutely stay far away from the girl behind the counter. Her quote: "if you ain't willing to conversate, then we don't have to conversate." I don't even know what she was trying to say. I simply asked when the vehicle would be done. Then asked how she would feel if the roles were reversed. Rather than be a human who has little connection to the profits. She took offense and came at me. I had a laugh. But it's not worth the laugh folks. Take your business elsewhere.

Prior shop damaged my OBD II port and swept it under the rug, this shop took care of my inspection hassle free! They were readily available for service! They didn’t waste my time with any unnecessary asks only a genuine recommendation from the tech! I was already aware so, I know they’re honest! Other shops attempted to upsell me in unnecessary services and sent me from address to address for a simple inspection. This was the best experience I’ve had in the state! Thank you’ve TONY!!! You made my day better and didn’t waste any time.

Go elsewhere and save yourself from basically getting nothing for your money. Brought car in for service earlier this year because it was running rough. They said it had an oil leak. After service, we drove the car home and it was still running rough and the car actually DIED when we got it home. Called them right away. Talked to the manager, who really had nothing to say. So we had it towed back. Round 2 - they said they fixed it again. I went with my kid to pick it up. She started it in their parking lot. Still running rough. You could feel and hear it. Went back inside. The mechanic came out to listen to it with us. Basically, he said we were wrong all those years thinking that it sounded right and only NOW is it running how it REALLY should run. (Yeah, ok. What a lame answer.) Feeling frustrated and unsatisfied, we took it to another independent mechanic, who told us they never did the work for the oil leak. This mechanic took pictures, shared it all with my husband, and said the work wasn't done. My husband called to speak to the Mavis manager. That went nowhere. Finally got in touch with a regional manager via phone. Emailed regional mgr the info and the pictures. He said he'd call back in a few days. Never did. It was a couple of WEEKS (yes, weeks) later when the regional mgr called and said they did the work. (Really, that's all he had to say; no deep digging here.) My husband asked did you look at the pictures?? Regional mgr said huh, what pictures? They really are that bad at fixing cars and at customer service. We disputed on the credit card but that didn't last. In short, the low-rated reviews are right - they really are that inept. (And whoever from the company comes on here and says call us...oh, please.)
