  Dwayne in Smithfield has facilitated service 4 times now for our family. He is kind, courteous, knowledgeable, and trustworthy. I have observed how he treats his customers and own employees with dignity and kindness. This resonated with me that he is genuinely concerned about those around him. Today he blessed an older gentleman who admired a Patriotic picture in his facility. He showed concern for his staff in the heat. They speaknhughly of him when I have dealtbalone woth them. He is easy to speak to and he addressed my concern about my truck shaking today. It drove so much smoother tonight. I have had oil changes, tire rotations and balancing. My daughter bought 4 nice Pirelli tires. This location really takes the time to listen to your concerns and fits you in the same day you call. I admit when I first went I was skeptical they might be pushy like similar chain stores; but they proved me wrong right away. They offer their expertise and all the staff I have worked with are respectful and dedicated to their passion to fix vehicles with pride. I know our vehicles are in good capable hands when serviced here. Thanks crew! You shine!!

  Was able to make an appointment online, received the confirmation email that the appointment was confirmed. Drove 30 minutes, showed up for the time of the appointment and they told me “oh we aren’t taking appointments for the rest of the day, you can come back this weekend”. Will absolutely be taking my business elsewhere!!! Horrible way to run a business!!!!

  Totally incompetent. Been using them since I was 18 years old between Smithfield and Johnston location. Few months back they quoted me $3k for repairs totally unrelated to the catalytic converters being replaced which I had another shop handle and solved my issue. My fault for assuming that this week they could handle an oil change. Left the car over a quart low. Just totally incompetent and should stop offering repairs other than tire replacements. What a shame, all the benefits of using them in the past have completely dried up.

  These guys are the best. Oil change was fast, affordable, and they even replaced the battery in my auto ignition free of charge.
