  My 2005 Dodge Grand Caravan had the obligatory rusting of the wheel wells and rockers, and at the place where we get our cars inspected the word was "It's passable but barely, and it won't pass next time." Time slipped away and a year later I'm think I'd better get this thing fixed before it's crunch time and no one is available. It was a little difficult at first to find an auto body place that does more than collision jobs. This was fairly heavy duty rust abatement and restoration. But the first place I went to was going to replace the entire rocker on both sides of the van and take care of the wheel wells for $3,800. I thought this was actually reasonable, and the fellow there was likable and professional. The second place I went to said $2,800 and he would repair the bad areas at both ends of both rockers, since the middles were in good shape, and then would cover the repaired areas, including the wheel wells, with a black, textured paint, and make it look like it was done on purpose. And thirdly I came to First Stop Auto Body & Service. The owner Andy came out and said "Oh yeah. That's not gonna pass inspection. $1,400 to do the repair of both ends of the two rockers on both sides." I said "How much more to take care of the rusted wheel wells and to do the textured black pa ..." "No, no, no. I don't do stuff that looks like crap. I'll make it look right for another $400, so $1,800." I said "Deal!" I was absolutely amazed at how good Andy's shop made my car look. I'm the kind of guy who doesn't really care what my car looks like, so long as it gets me from Point A to Point B, but this made me feel good. I mean they even buffed out and repaired some scratches on the rear side panel that was in fairly close proximity to the repairs, but I didn't even ask for that. This company is Class A+. Above and beyond the call of duty and at an unbeatable price. I know where I'm going for body repairs in the future. I only wish that I had taken before and after photos. Thanks First Stop! :)

  Super fair pricing and quick quality work. I will be going here from here on out. Guy was super friendly. And I have a car rental business so I will be making sure to give them a ton of business. 10 out 10 recommend

  On time; on budget; super easy to deal with- had rental car waiting. Very impressed. My parked car was hit by a distracted driver so totally irritating and inconvenient event but service by these folks made up for the problem. Would recommend.
