  Incredibly disappointed in the customer service. I booked an appointment online a week in advance for a tire issue. When I arrived, I was told the “tire guy” should look at it based on how I was describing the problem, but he was out. I was told, “the system lets you schedule whenever you want and leaves it to us to see if it's reasonable." Frustrating, as it would have been nice to get a call ahead of time if this was planned time away, especially since I left work and booked this out in advance, but ok- things happen, fine. I reschedule for the next day. When I came in again, I was told a piece of equipment was broken with no ETA on when it would be fixed. Again, frustrating, as it would have helped to get a call when this happened to avoid the drive to the shop- but things happen, fine. The employee apologized, and we agreed he would call me when the part was in and I would come back. It has now been two full weeks and I have not received a single call from Monro. I waited this long to post a review just to give ample chance for someone to catch that I had fallen through the cracks. Despite being close to my home, and with previous much better service for myself and my friends and family, they have fully lost a customer in me. This experience has shown I can have no faith that they will follow through when things get busy or strained.

  One of the direcitonal tires was put on the wrong way, one tire had the sensor knock off so was rattling around inside the tire, the tool to remove nuts was not supplied and the car shock badly when reaching 50mph. Sorry to give a bad review but I find all of the above a service not well done.

  Great shop and staff. I had a flat and they had the tire ordered and installed by 3pm. Simple and fast, courteous and friendly service. Thanks Miguel!

  I've been using this place for a few years. They usually get the job done fine, but they've lately started using a call center to schedule appointments, and now nearly every time I make one I get a follow up call from them telling me that slot isn't available. It's never their fault, there's never anything they can do, etc. I've had the same issue with coupons I get in the mail. I'll try and redeem them and one guy starts huffing and puffing about how they never agreed to take them. Today, I make an oil change appointment and get the usual story about how there's no availability. Fine. Then the guy tells me I'm unrealistic for thinking I could get it done same day? I ONLY ACCEPTED THE APPOINTMENT I WAS OFFERED. This place seriously needs to get on the same page with the call center. This isn't just a problem you shrug your shoulders at and recommend the customer be more realistic.
