- TOTrent OrrJul 23, 20175.0I saw a posting online for a black 2006 Lincoln Zephyr, and saw the business selling it was Mel's Motors. My Dad and I , who had never heard of this shop before , both saw the incredibly low mileage as possible typo, I called , "CC" answered the phone, the car really did have only 50k miles , we knew we needed to act on it the next day, I drove up , looked at in person , and fell in love , asked CC for a little information and he made sure to tell us everything we should know , my dad and I came back, and after an amazing test drive , decided to purchase the vehicle. CC who couldn't have made us feel any more comfortable about our purchase , even kicked off a little bit of money because he saw I was paying for it all by myself (17 year old) . The car to this day runs absolutely amazing, the Brakes and Rotors needed a change (not unusual) , the car runs like a beauty and was an understatement in the posting. Will certainly do business again if it came down to it, thank you again Mel's Motors!! (Car was Purchased April 18th, 2017 , I said to myself I wouldn't leave a good or bad review until I've had the car for 3 months)

Friends, family & co-workers have complimented me on my purchase numerous times. Not only did I drive out of the lot with a good, quality vehicle, but the service that I received was amazing. C.C, the gentleman I dealt with, was exceptional! He was very informative and courteous. He went out of his way to make the process as simple as possible. Best of all he never hovered over me or made me feel pressured in any way (unlike a lot of the other places I had been to) which made for a pleasant car buying experience. I recommend anyone looking to buy a vehicle to check out Mel's Motors. They have a nice selection of vehicles on the lot.
