- ADAlexia D1 day ago5.0This is a little bit of a belated review, but last Wednesday night, I came back from a fun trip to find my car completely dead in the Rhode Island airport parking lot. Jose came to my rescue and jumped my car! He was so kind and very fun to talk to, especially in a high stress situation like that. Jose was very quick! Thank you both Jose and Grasso’s for saving my car and helping me get on the road!
- KMKatie Moniz2 days ago5.0Grasso’s was wonderful to work with from start to finish as I needed to get an antique vehicle relocated from RI to MA. The vehicle itself is very sentimental to me as it was my late father’s, and I wanted it to be treated with respect and care, and Grasso’s did just that. I called over the weekend on a Saturday to schedule the tow, and Kelly was quick to get me a quote, work within my availability, and provided a timeframe of pickup for Monday. Nick arrived on site promptly Monday morning within the timeframe provided, and he was very pleasant and professional. Photos of the vehicle were taken during pickup and drop off included in the invoice which I really appreciated. 10/10 would recommend Grasso’s! Especially if you have a vehicle that is an antique/collector car and need to ensure that it’s treated well.

Before going straight to towing he says “let me try something” and proceeds to help me diagnosis what could be going on with my car before resorting to towing. Wouldn’t you know he was able to get my car started and on the road! His approach to service is fantastic! Will definitely call again!!
- LPLondyn PApr 27, 20265.0I would like to say Jose is a wonderful, respectful, amazing person. When he first arrived he introduced himself to me and began asking me how he could be of service. He did everything possible to accommodate me and my daughter after not knowing she was also in the vehicle with me. He made sure we were comfortable and drove us safely home. Even made sure to drive so that my four legged baby boy Nas arrived safely home. Thanks again Jose for your amazing service. The Perkins Family!!
