  Richard at Grasso's is excellent! My car died on Martha's Vineyard. He persistently came up with a solution to get my car off the island for service quickly in the height of August. He is persistent, personable and solutions oriented. I highly recommend Grasso's!!

  Honestly, some of the nicest people I’ve ever had the pleasure of dealing with! They made what was already a pretty shitty day so much more tolerable. Everyone was incredibly communicative, and they called ahead to let me know they were on their way. The tow driver actually arrived ahead of schedule, which was especially appreciated after another towing company had canceled on me after I had already waited an hour. Grasso’s showed up in less than 20 minutes from when I was scheduled, and the entire experience was smooth and stress-free. Anytime I had a question or needed information, Kelly was incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to make sure everything went as well as possible. I truly appreciate the kindness, professionalism, and communication from everyone I dealt with. I will absolutely be using Grasso’s Towing for any future towing needs and would highly recommend them to anyone who needs assistance!

  This morning my mom’s van broke down. She was anxious and nervous the whole time, until Alex arrived! He was so sweet to my mom, explained everything that was going to happen, allowed her to sit inside his truck to get out the rain and offered a ride back. When she first called me, she was in tears but when I got there, she was smiling and laughing with him! Grasso’s went above and beyond what was expected of them! Thank you so much grassos and thank you immensely Alex!

  Grasso's Towing was absolutely amazing! Very professional. Very attentive to my needs and concerns and very timely. My son is away at college and his car needed a tow from start to finish Ms. Kelly was was extremely helpful and reassuring and awesome in her communication to me ...a mom that's 6hours away...( imagine a parents worry ) ... she helped calm me and treated me and my son as if we were family and that says alot about the character of Grasso and their staff. Thank YOU Grasso towing (especially Ms.Kelly)for making a scary stressful situation a calm and relaxed even comforting experience. If you need a tow Grasso's is the way to GO. May God's blessings always be upon you... thanks again...appreciation beyond words.
