  Grasso's was the tow company chosen by my insurance road side assistance. Within 5 minutes of submitting a request through my app, I got a call from Grasso's and they quickly dispatched a truck to me. Jeff showed up in a timely manner and took the time to troubleshoot my truck with me. We came to the conclusion that it was not something he could help fix and towed my truck back to my home for me. The whole time Jeff was nice and professional and explained everything he was doing.

  I had a great experience with Grasso. They came and picked me up when I was in a difficult situation after waiting hours for other companies who did not show. Jose was quick, efficient, professional and showed up in the clutch. Great experience and recommend Jose and Grasso to everyone!

  5 stars for Jose from Grasso Towing who came to my recue. He's an angel and made a big difference in my day today. I was assisted this morning when my car wouldn't start parked at the Post office. I thought it was the starter and arranged to have the car towed to the dealer. When the driver from Grasso towing arrived he inspected it, jumped the battery and gave me great advice to replace the battery right away which I did and now I'm back in business with very little effort compared to what I thought it would be. I can thank Jose from Grasso Towing enough. I think he is an angel and I'd give him 10 stars if i could but they only provide 5 so he gets them all. Thank you Jose. You are the best!! God bless you.

  I had a flat tire with my BMW, and while it’s never a great feeling when your expensive-ass car decides to have a meltdown, Kelly from roadside assistance made an otherwise frustrating situation an absolute pleasure. She was incredibly personable, friendly, and reassuring from start to finish. She made me feel like I was actually talking to a real person who cared about helping me, rather than just another customer on a service call. She was patient, professional, and made the whole process so much easier than it could have been. Thankfully, the situation ended up being much more cost-effective than I expected, which was a huge relief. I’m very grateful for the assistance, but especially for Kelly and the way she handled everything. She deserves recognition for making a crappy situation surprisingly pleasant. Thank you, Kelly! You were fantastic!
