The customer service is on point, I'm forgetting names in the moment, but the three people I've worked with two guys and a woman have always provided EXCELLENT service. Even when one of my rentals had an issue, I was able to quickly and seamlessly return it and exchange it. I use this location for both corporate and personal rentals and highly recommend them if you find yourself in need!

- MPMaurya PatelMay 27, 20261.0I rented a minivan on 24th of April. This is my rental code,"35WRGX". Not sure what was the name of the lady who handed me the keys but she was getting into my nerves. When I reached, I had booked car with 8 seats and she handed me a 7 seater. I wanted a minivan as I was picking up my parents from Logan. Also, when she asked for CDW, I told her that I have VentureX which covers the primary CDW at enterprise and she straight up denied and said this place doesn’t cover it. I was in a hurry as I was getting late to pickup my parents and she sold me the CDW insurance that I did not needed. I already had bought SLI when I booked the car. One of the most worst experience of mine with enterprise. I overpaid $25 for insurance that I did not needed and had to get a car without having enough seats in the car!
