  I had a fantastic first service experience at Steingold Volvo. I am a new Volvo owner and everything about my visit was flawless. The place is beautiful, the staff friendly and informative, and I was in and out in just under 2 hours. Thank you Robby and Lu! Highly recommend.

  Rick showed a willingness to provide me with a comprehensive experience that advised me on the different leasing options and different vehicle options with conciseness while recognizing my expenditure! I was cognizant that the sales process was constructive in that while making a very important purchase-that I was confident for the long term that it was an excellent choice! Rick showed a discerning knowledge of the Volvo product which I found to be very insightful and elucidative in selecting the appropriate vehicle for my family’s needs!!! I am so grateful that Steingold Volvo Cars has helped kick off summer so seamlessly and beautifully for my family! Thank you!

  Buying a car here is like nothing my husband or I have ever experienced. The entire process was simple, well explained and answered every questions we had. We dealt with Brian and there was no back and forth. We were deciding between 2 models and Brian laid out the differences in a clear and concise manner. There were no “sales” pitches or let me go get my manager. ZERO pressure either way. When I saw the car I wanted it needed to be cleaned as it just came on the lot. We were to pick it up in 2 days. Got a call the next afternoon- the car was ready. Steve was so friendly and had everything ready to go. You could tell the customer experience is everything to this business. Then someone took the time to show us all the features and get all the technology hooked up- we had NEVER had someone do that before. My husband is good with technology but this gentleman showed us both some tricks and tips- so grateful for the tutorial- and what a nice young man. I work for a company that prides themselves on world class customer service and it was so nice to be on the receiving end of an experience like that from a local small business. Thanks again- we love the car!
