  Dealership was great until pricing out the deal. We looked at a demo unit marketed as “new” with 8,800 miles. In April of 2026 it was a year old and was only marked down $5k from a true new model MSRP with less than 100 miles. They wouldn’t budge so we took our business to the next Volvo dealership who gave me a better price on a new vehicle. Same exact spec car, cheaper than their demo. Maybe I should give 5 stars because I saved money by them pushing me out the door.

  I had some issues with my Volvo EX90, and while that was frustrating, I can honestly say that Steingold Volvo Cars handled the situation the right way from start to finish. What really stood out to me was how hard the team worked to make things right. They communicated well, stayed involved throughout the process, and never made me feel like I was on my own dealing with the problems. That says a lot about a dealership. Anyone can sell a car — the real test is how a dealer supports you afterward. Steingold truly stands behind what they sell, and that level of service and accountability matters. I appreciate the professionalism, responsiveness, and effort from the entire team. Despite the bumps with a new model launch, I would absolutely recommend Steingold Volvo because of how they took care of me as a customer.

  I recently purchased my first Volvo and wanted the Volvo Cars App. I purchased the subscription through Steingold due to the discount they offer. The order was process very quickly. I expected it would be a few days but after ordering it on a Saturday evening, it was ready by Sunday morning. It was a highly positive experience!

  I purchased a vehicle from them and Bryan the sales guy was great. The whole process was incredibly easy. They also replaced a battery for me free of charge even though it was slightly out of warranty. Could not be happier w the customer service.
