  I recently backed into a cement structure in my parking garage which required rear-end work: fixing dent on top of the trunk, repainting, replacing the entire bottom bumper section/repainting etc. I was a little apprehensive about taking my car (Alfa Romeo Stelvio Tributo), to what I thought was just another auto body shop, instead of to the dealer for repairs. I was under the mistaken belief that non-dealer repairs on an Italian luxury vehicle would lack attention to detail, leaving me unsatisfied. I was actually a bit stressed about it. However, these guys crushed it. I’m very anal about my cars so I went over the back of it pretty well at their lot and it looked great, but when I got home I went over it with a fine tooth comb, using my camera and light…..and there are zero imperfections..zero…zero.. All electronic sensors were calibrated and perfect. The building and the lot itself was super clean. Moreover, the bays where repairs are performed were clean and well organized. And if im being honest, that’s one of the reasons I took my car there-professional/clean appearance. As previously stated, I’m very anal about my cars, cleanliness and appearance, they’re all important to me. I also believe cleanliness is an extension of any businesses culture and whether or not they pay attention to the details...Everyone was friendly as well. I’ve observed vehicles which were supposedly fixed from other places where you can tell the sections that were repainted, clearly they didn’t blend the paint on those repairs, nor paid attention to detail, but my car is perfect. They were super quick ..and detailed my car as well! If anyone with a luxury or high end vehicle is apprehensive about taking it to some place other than their dealer (like me), thinking they can’t do high quality work, you will not be disappointed with Phillip Maxwell. Don’t let the dealership uniforms fool you into believing only they can perform repairs on high end cars. Phillip Maxwell can do an everyday run of the mill Toyota, or Honda, or Subaru….and clearly an Alfa Romeo as well. I hope I never have to see them again, but if something happens in the future I can feel 100% at ease knowing they guys know their way around an Italian automobile. Thanks everyone!!

  Los peores de providence muy irresponsable duraron casi 2 meses arreglando mi vehículo mientras yo sin poder trabajar no se los recomiendo

  Philip Maxwell Auto Body provided professional service and quality repairs. The staff was helpful, communicated throughout the process, and my vehicle looked great when the work was completed. I would recommend them to anyone needing collision or auto body repairs.

  This place is awesome! Not only did they do a great job, handle the insurance and give me a loaner vehicle but when my parents were hospitalized, they helped me get my car back stat so I could go to them. They even did an inspection since it had just expired. They really helped me out and showed fellow feeling.
