  Extremely unprofessional and disappointing. I scheduled my appointment in advance for an inspection and oil change and specifically selected the option to wait for my vehicle because I do not have transportation to leave it. On the day of my appointment, I received a call telling me they had too many vehicles ahead of me and that I would either need to leave my car or cancel my appointment. Why offer customers the option to wait when scheduling if you cannot accommodate it? Calling the same day to change the terms of an appointment that was made in advance is terrible business practice and a complete waste of a customer’s time. I will not be returning.

  Absolutely a waste of time. 2 years ago I went to get my state inspection and they only told me they didn’t have a a state inspector at that time after I waited over 3 hours and they only told me because the manager was wondering why so many people were just hanging out in the lobby. Now 2 years later, today, I had an appointment online for 7:30 and after getting there and waiting 30 minutes the guy behind the counter said the inspector doesn’t come in until 10 and that there were already 4 appointments in front of me. Awful service and no clue what they’re supposed to be doing. I’d give them 0 stars if I could.

  Took 2 1/2 hours for an oil change and charged me 3.99 to top off fluids, which they didn't!

  Made an appointment for a track car alignment. Person on the phone sets me up for 8AM. When I get there, the bleary eyed guy at the desk tells me the alignment technician doesn't get in until 9AM and I need to come back then. I acquiesce. When they get it up on the alignment machine an hour later, we have a chat when looking at the numbers. I ask him if a negative number for toe means toe-in or out. He doesn't know. I ask them if they can set rear toe to .05 per side and .1 total. He says he'll try. When it gets off the machine, he gives me a printout of the results and it's worse than when it started. Instead of slightly toe-out it's now very toe-in at the edge of spec. They say they put it in spec and that's all they're going to do and argue with me about it not mattering what we discussed and that as long as it's in spec that's what I'm getting. They left it at .4 degrees toe in. They don't charge me and tell me to take my business elsewhere and that they won't even try to set it back to the way it was. I would have been better off not bringing it here at all.
