  I regret to say that I will not recommend this place ever again. My troubles began when I arrived for a scheduled appointment at 6:30 PM on Monday after confirming with their call center. Upon my arrival, I was informed that the inspector leaves at 4 PM, which meant I had to reschedule my appointment. I set a new appointment for Wednesday, the 29th, only to find out that I couldn’t complete my inspection because my car doesn't have a front bracket. I want to emphasize that I had already passed an inspection previously and was simply returning to obtain a new registration sticker. They advised me to bring back the registration paper for the sticker, but they never mentioned the requirement for a front bracket. This lack of communication was incredibly frustrating. Instead of addressing my situation effectively, I was told to come back a third time. After this experience, I can confidently say that I will not be returning to this establishment in the future.

  If I could give zero stars I would. Went in for brake pads. Had to get a caliper replaced. No my ebrake light is stuck on and they told me to go to the dealer. Dealer says $160 diagnostic fee and if they did in fact break something I now have to pay for it. FOR ANYONE WHO HAS AN E-BRAKE THAT IS ELCTRONIC. THESE IDIOTS DISCONNECT IT COMPLETELY INSTEAD OF PUTTING IT IN SERVICE MODE. Now my car is fucked, and time to get a lawyer.

  NOT FIXED THIS IS MY ALIGNMENT ONE DAY LATER” I made an appt. With the on call center because it was a Saturday and I was desperate, even though the call center offered me an oil change at a discount price & couldn’t see me until Monday, they briefly transferred me to the auto shop. The gentleman asked me “inspection” I said no, and repeated I had a nail in my tire and my alignment was very off. He implied he had room but scheduled me for Monday at 10. Verbal confirmation from him , the call center & a text the day of. I show up today…. Waited 45 minutes in the lobby while he was on the phone. Finally he found my information, I dropped my car off at 10 am this morning, I just called to check in 6 hours later and 3 hours before they close to check in & they haven’t pulled my car in yet… I’m hoping the service is good because there went my day.
