- MNMark NotzApr 16, 20265.0I caught a curb that damaged the sidewall of a tire. I’ve always had good service at BTS on North Main. So I went there first. It’s my first issue with tires for this vehicle. The quote for replacement seemed high. So I stopped in to get a quote at another tire shop that advertises the lowest price. As advertised, they were less expensive. It wasn’t enough to make up for the self entitled, surely attitude. Andrew, the man at the BTS service desk, is extraordinarily pleasant and service oriented. I am more than willing to pay a little bit more for better service. It also lends more confidence in the quality of work being done in the shop.
