- JMJenockshan Miranda6 days ago1.0I had a disappointing experience with this car rental location. There were very limited vehicle options available, and the car I received was quite old. It also had noticeable noise issues while driving, which made me uncomfortable about its condition. The interior was not properly cleaned, which added to the poor experience. Additionally, the customer service was not satisfactory and did not help resolve these concerns. I would strongly recommend considering the T. F. Green Airport location instead. While it may be slightly more expensive, they offer newer, cleaner vehicles and a much wider selection, which makes the experience far more reliable and worth it. Lesson learnt!!!!
