- KMKatherine MorrellOct 2, 20265.0Had to rent a car due to a car accident, everyone was wonderful there. Very helpful and outstanding customer service. Highly recommend.
- JMJ MaloSep 12, 20261.0Absolutely the worst customer service experience at this branch. Brenden and Lexi are immature and irresponsible. Avoid this branch at all costs. Edit: The copy and paste response from enterprise is indicative of the level of care they put into serious complaints about the lack of integrity with their employees at this location.
- TBTeja BandaruAug 29, 20265.0Been renting here for a while now and have always had a smooth check out process. Lexi is the best!!
- BSBetty SloaneAug 23, 20265.0I rented a minivan from the North Providence Enterprise location and I was totally satisfied pick up was very smooth the drop off was very smooth and they were professional and courteous. I will use that location again.
- KWKitty WinterAug 16, 20265.0My agent was a new young lady named “ Mercy” She was AWESOME, super friendly & very professional. She had a smile on her face start to finish, I didn’t get that treatment the last time I rented there to be honest. I will be ONLY booking with her moving forward. A friendly smile is so easy to do yet a lot of people don’t do it. I was pleasantly surprised and grateful when I picked up & dropped off my rental. Please let Mercy know that my family & I appreciate her & we WILL be back next month ! Thank you Khadijah Werts
