  Stay away from these people, they wanted me to give them another thousand dollars in order refund me $20. After his “shot“ didn’t work he finally just gave me my 20 bucks back When the owner response about a bad review and says contact me with a complaint with her email, the email isn’t even legitimate

  Very disappointing experience at the North Kingstown Enterprise location. I arrived shortly after opening to pick up a Premium SUV on 7/10 that I had reserved well in advance, only to be told the vehicle was unavailable. I was told the larger SUVs on the lot couldn't be rented due to recalls, yet I later watched another customer drive away in one of those same vehicles. What frustrated me most was the lack of customer service. Instead of helping locate a comparable vehicle at another branch, I was told to do it myself. While trying to resolve the issue, Enterprise's systems went down, and no one could provide a solution. Customer service told me a manager would contact me and help locate a replacement vehicle, but that never happened. After spending more than an hour trying to resolve the issue and falling behind schedule for a long road trip, I ended up renting a comparable SUV from another rental company for more than double the cost. Even after submitting a detailed complaint through Enterprise's Facebook Messenger support and being told my concerns had been escalated to leadership, I still have not heard from anyone. I understand that inventory issues and system outages can happen, but the lack of communication, accountability, and follow-through made this an extremely frustrating experience.

  We've had to rent a few times while our car has been in the shop, and this Enterprise location has been outstanding every time. We've also rented from another agency at TF Green Airport, and the difference in the overall experience was clear. The team here is friendly, professional, and makes the entire process quick and easy from start to finish. As long as we have the option, we'll always choose this Enterprise branch. Highly recommend them for their excellent customer service and hassle-free experience!
