  Outstanding Care for Classic Cars & Top-Tier Service! Took my '69 Corvette to Melvin’s Tire, and they did an incredible job. They were extremely meticulous when mounting the tires to make sure the wheels were not damaged in the slightest. The turnaround was fast, they installed the white lettering facing out exactly as requested, and even took the extra time to wash off the factory blue protective dye. At one point, four guys teamed up to knock the job out of the park. Hands down the best experience I have ever had at a tire shop. Incredibly impressive teamwork and customer service. If you value your time and money, this is the shop to go to!

  New to the area so on the hunt for a reliable mechanic. I came in for an oil change and rear brakes replaced. I understand it’s Saturday so pretty busy which I’m thankful they’re open until 5pm however I booked online for a 2pm appt and didn’t get my car back until 4pm. Which isn’t bad, but when you’re waiting at the location and can SEE your car sitting in the lot not touched until an hour in and only be serviced for an hour to then be billed for 1.4 hours of labor ($175 per hour) AND get charged for rotors for $200 that you didn’t ask for or given a heads up during the service feels like getting taken advantage of. (For record I had gotten my front brakes replaced at Firestone who were completely transparent with the cost and brought up additional concerns with front rotors throughout the service). Also they put my address as someone else’s on the invoice so that felt weird. I can only imagine what they might be extra charging for labor if you’re not waiting there, be mindful! Well guess I’ll be continuing the hunt!

  Bad experience made an appointment for an oil change. Dropped it off the night before went right before closing on a Saturday to see how the oil change was going. They didn’t get to it yet because they were still taking the tires and brakes off my car. remember I was there for an oil change. I asked the people why were they messing with my brakes? They had a smart answer that I could kill myself on the way out of the garage and it would not be there for it was for my safety. Well, here’s the problem. I had had a brake job on that car done somewhere else the week before it was my vehicle that needed a brake job the following weekend I just wanted to see how things went for an oil change with the new owners, the attendant then proceeded to tell me if I want my car back to shut up otherwise he could keep it on a lift over the weekend and I wouldn’t get it back until Monday night so I went to diversified auto they do my brakes today as we speak too bad you lost a good customer because this guy made me feel threatened by holding my car hostage. Why would I want them to touch my car after that experience Is beyond me don’t go there

  I had oil, tire rotation and state inspection done and was happy how it was handled. Recently I read some bad reviews with unhappy customers complaining about low standard of service. I received great service and all my questions were answered. Iwill be needing a new exhaust system soon and will give them a shot. we’ll see how it goes!

  Horrible customer service I called Melvin's Tires on Tuesday August 4th to make an appointment to have my oil changed on my work van I need to go to them or only specific places because it's an oversized van they told me to bring it in on Wednesday October 5th I did not need an appointment drop it off in the morning it would be all set I dropped it off at 8:00 a.m. I came back at 3:30 p.m. when they told me to be done by 2:00 when I showed up at 3:30 p.m. the van was still parked in the same spot and was never touched they had the van for seven and a half hours and never just changed my oil I told them okay I'll make an appointment for tomorrow they said okay I made an appointment for Thursday August 6th at 2:00 p.m. to have my oil changed but I told them since I was coming at 2:00 p.m. I was going to sit and wait for the van to get done I was going to leave work early but I would have to wait for the van to get done they said okay I arrived at 1:59 handed them my key for of the six oversized Bays were available to pull my van in after sitting there for 1 hour watching not one car brought into any of those oversized bees I took my key back and now I'm heading home and I have to find someone else to change my oil one star they get one star because that's the only thing I can do is one star
