- SFSam F5 days ago1.0Parking is very expensive. If you enter from a one-way entrance and leave immediately, you'll have to pay at least $12.
- A王燕莉5 days ago1.0There are no toll signs at the intersection, so once you enter the toll zone, you cannot make a U-turn. You must pay, and the fee is very high; even if you want to make a U-turn after entering the toll zone, you will still have to pay.

No where does it say that if you go over the two hour limit you will be charged for the whole time you parked there. Very misleading and deceptive. Went here to read the reviews and it seems like this has been a problem for a while. I called the number hoping to speak to someone but no luck.

- ECEmily ChenMay 23, 20261.0Misleading signage!! 2 hours complementary with validation not only means less than 1hr 59 min with validation, but if exactly at 2 hours (picture of exiting screen is exactly 2 hours due to the long line of cars at the exit) the charge is for 3 hours of parking. The contact number for the company on the receipt was not functional on a Saturday afternoon.
