  I came to your establishment to get a RI vehicle inspection. Besides your employees treating me like an inconvenience (which I just summed up to poor customer service), it was that your company failed my truck for my state inspection due to window tint. This surprised me because my truck has stock window tint from the factory, but when I asked the tech what percentage tint my window was he stated it didnt matter and that it failed. When I asked him how he failed my truck based on window tint without measuring with a light meter he acused me of questing his ability as a technician. I let him know I was questing his availability to measure light without a meter. I have an appointment with the local police to properly measure my tint, because your technician REFUSED to measure it with a light meter after multiple requests. I think this is poor customer service at best, and illegal at worst. If my tint is properly measured and within state requirements I will be filling a formal complaint to have your license removed, and I will be seeking cour adjudication.

  If I could give this a zero I would !! I had a same day appointment, that I called in that morning I had a very bad tire leak and needed to get fixed asap. I get there at my appointment time and was turned away very rudely by the old man saying we don’t have time today I hate when customer service on the phones set up these appointments blah blah blah Not my problem I had a legit appointment and you turned me away unprofessionally. I went to one more place they couldn’t squeeze me in so they sent me to gettys gas station and they were my life saver!! Shame on you for turning me away I was a regular customer there and now you lost one . I’ll take my business somewhere else for now on!!

  Called and was scheduled for an 8:30am inspection. Adjusted my work schedule around this. Showed up and was told that their call center does whatever they want and they actually couldn’t inspect my car until 6pm. Just went a few blocks to Midas instead who saw me right away.

  I wish I could rate this location a zero out of ten but alas I can’t! Horrible customer service! The clerk, was very rude and when I asked for other locations that could do inspections since they had no availability his response was “I don’t know they’re schedule” sir I wasn’t asking for their schedule just other retailer! Rude! 0/10
