  We had a wonderful, easy experience buying our new Hyundai here. Matthew Brian was our salesperson and he was very knowledgeable and friendly. Everything was low pressure and simple. 10/10 Would purchase here again.

  The service center is top notch! Paul was able to get our sonata fixed when two other dealers were unable to put forth the effort to try and give us any time of day. Always kept up to date and never kept us in the dark.

  My Santa Cruz was making weird noise, it was diagnosed quickly. I was very satisfied with the technicians abilities. All the employees were very helpful and pleasant.

  Last year an engine came on and I started to smell strong gas vapors in the hatch area and from the driver’s side of the vehicle. I called the dealership to set up an appointment. While describing the problem, the service advisor cut me off and said “GASTANK!”. I requested that the service department perform a smoke test. This Hyundai Tucson had a P0455 code and a smoke test can determine where the evap leaks are coming from. I dropped the vehicle off and was surprised this dealership doesn’t offer shuttle service to Tiverton. When I returned to pick up the vehicle I was told the vehicle had a faulty fuel tank, that was leaking, no smoke test was performed, and I received a quote of over $3000 (close to value of the vehicle itself). So I wasn’t sure what to do. Fast forward to June of 2026. The Tucson was due for its inspection. I took the vehicle to another shop and explained the situation with the gas tank. That shop did the smoke test and discovered the evap line next to filler neck had a leak and small amounts of fuel were leaking from that. No leaks were found coming from the gas tank. The shop replaced that evap line and that fixed the fuel vapors issue. I would also like to mention that this vehicle went in for recall work when my father owned this vehicle. During the recall repair (engine knock sensor), an A/C cooler line was damaged. The dealership didn’t offer to fix this problem, instead they quoted an expensive price to repair what they damaged. Very disappointed , overall, with this dealerships service department.
