Picked me up within minutes of the appointed time and even drove me home after I dropped it off after the rental. Everyone I dealt with could not have been more helpful, as well as a pleasure to deal with.

Enterprise policy NEVER claims they will only take credit card and a store can NOT legally refuse a rental by demanding a credit card when a debit card and deposit is valid. I have rented from this company over 400 times in the past 10 years for travel work with my companies. Never once using a credit card or being told that my rentals can't be picked up without a credit card. We are not renting luxury/performance cars. Even when there was no normal compact ready in Maine, they upgraded to a luxury, still didn't need a credit card. My wife goes into this store to get a car on her travel assignment. They refused to allow for any deposits and claimed they only accept credit cards. I'm smelling some racist bullshit happening at this location, it is 100% horse shit that you have Debit cards on the site and store information and then try to claim someone has to have a credit card for your rentals. This will be forwarded to Enterprise Corporate.

The employees couldn’t answer our questions or give us an update on vehicles. They also blamed us for the mishap. I highly recommend going with another service.
