  here to find turn signal bulbs. Nothing in the store to help identify the bulbs anymore. Had to use my own search engine. Three employees working one guy at register head down playing on his phone two other employees talking about dating girls and checking each other‘s asses. Total lack of Customer Service or Customer awareness, and their conversation was not meant for other people to hear. Today’s youth has really lost the concept of what is acceptable and appropriate behavior in a public place.

  I just called to see if I could get the supplies I needed for an oil change…. They made me feel so stupid and provided NO assistance. I asked for the supplies to change to oil, gave them my make and model- and the worker on the phone was all like “I don’t understand what you’re asking for…” “the supplies to change the oil on a _____” “So what do you need?” “Idk- oil and a car filter?!? That’s why I’m calling YOU.” By far the most frustrating interaction I’ve ever had dealing with an automobile- including purchasing,selling,maintenance and repairs- dealerships, mechanics, parts dealers/junk yards, insurance adjusters, etc… Anyways- O Reilly was able to help and had the supplies in stock!

  I had a really frustrating time here recently and left feeling pretty annoyed. I went in looking for a specific part and even though the computer said it was in stock, the staff couldn't seem to find it anywhere. Nobody really apologized for the mix-up or tried to offer an alternative solution, they just kind of shrugged it off like it was no big deal. It ended up being a complete waste of my afternoon, and I probably will not be coming back to this location if I can help it. AutoZone Auto Parts

  I searched online for coolant leak dye and saw that it was in stock at the store, created a log in and bought the product for in store pick up on April 9th, 2026. An hour later I received an email saying it was ready to be picked up. I stopped by with my kids hoping for a quick stop, got the the front counter and requested the dye and showed my receipt and confirmation email. The associate brought back the receipt and said someone wrote "not here" on it and said sorry I don't know who did this but we don't have this. My question was, okay then why was the order fulfilled and sent me a confirmation email? If it's not carried then I requested a refund which the associate was nice enough to grant, but this was a huge waste of time.
