  Ryan went out of his way to get tires from another Munro shop to insure my blown tire got rectified. I purchased (2) two new tires for the front. The staff there have always treated me very good and that is why they do my inspections, tire purchases, and oil changes. They are priced fairly and the value I feel I get is worth it even if they are a little bit higher than another local competitor. Keep up the great work Johnston, RI it is much appreciated.

  Winning in with a flex pipe that needed to be replaced were able to order the parts and fix it at a reasonable price good service and nice management and staff would recommend!

  Called to make appointment for oil change and wheel alignment. Was so surprised Ryan said can you bring it in today. I asked are you sure?? Yup … brought it in and my husband said see if they can do an inspection. I asked when I brought it in and Ryan even said yes to that! Wow fantastic work and got me out in reasonable time! Thank you!!

  Made appointment for 12 noon. Arrived 30 minutes early. They did not even start work on my car until 1pm. I didn't leave until well after 2pm, almost 3 hours after I arrived. What was the point of making an appointment? Never getting my oil changed here again. Horrible service and unreasonably long wait. No explanation for the 2 hour wait time. No explanation why my car wasn't worked on until an hour after my appointment time. No explanation as to why my oil change, normally a 20 minute job, took more than an hour to complete. Horrible all around. Go to Valvoline for oil changes unstead - and out in 20 minutes. This was ridiculous and unacceptable. I had errands to run that had to be canceled because of this. Another customer with a 12:30 appointment got seen before me, even though my appointment was for noon. He also had to wait more than an hour for a simple tire patch and similarly had to cancel plans because of the unreasonably long wait time. Go literally anywhere else unlrss you want to wait 3 hours.
