  Have had more problems than anything else at this place. Chance after chance I've given, mostly because it was convenient for me...but today was the final straw. Brought my other half down to drop off his vehicle at 8AM when they opened. Told them, be back to pick it up before noon. All that was ordered was a lousy oil change and a tire rotation, which should have been done in an hour tops! Drove him back there at 11:30 and the car was sitting in the same place with nothing having been done. Then the girl with brown hair in a pony tail, says we'll have it done in 30 minutes. The car sat for another 20 minutes and finally my other half asked for keys, she gave them back and didn't apologize or anything. This is one of many instances similar. No more tires, no more brakes, no more oil changes, no more nothing from my household!

  I would highly recommend this establishment. I went in for a State Inspection and they were fast, efficient, and so polite. Kaley the girl at the front desk was so helpful and kind

  We've been using Tire Pros for years and they are the most reliable and honest automotive shop I know of. We not only use them for tires, but also for brakes, oil changes, Inspections and any issues we have. Prices are reasonable and it's always fast and friendly service. I wouldn't go anywhere else.

  New review is 1 star bc they wanted over $40 to bead and balance an old spare tire onto an already detached rim I had from home!...I was thinking more like $10-15!...at that price, I chose to finally pick up a tire changer with duck head and bead breaker, and a bead blaster from harbor freight...they worked GREAT! I also had a bubble balancer hanging around. I will never be back to this shop, let alone paying $40+, to not even turn a single lug nut, for a loose tire and loose rim! Old review(now ruined) was 5 stars- Properly replaced and balanced four new tires...I think that's actually quite rare at other shops these days...who wants shaking tires when they're new?...it's hard to find a good shop these days but this one did a good job for me

  Chris at the front is great with customers and from what I’ve seen the team as well. He serviced my flat tire and was a quick fix. Then sent my mother in law to get all her tires done and she also told me how great his customer service skills were and she really likes this shop. We just moved over this way and we have found our new shop. I’ve come back to get the rest of my tires done as well as my spark plugs and the made the time to fix the leak I had that messed up my plugs, same day! Great team here!!! Even let me borrow a charger. Thanks guys. Also the young lady who works here took care of me the first time, she was the best.
