Brought my car in to Mavis and was immediately greeted by Pete. He took care of my car. I could feel a vibration in my tires. I had a feeling I needed them balanced. Chris and Manny professionally greeted me and took care of my car! And my intuition was correct about my tires as well as going into Mavis! Great people and friendly! I recommend them! First visit for an emergency tire replacement on the wife’s car before a weekend trip. DANNY/Manny was fantastic. He made sure the tire we needed was in stock, and had us on the road in under an hour. We used to use the LINCOLN branch, but due to leadership failures at that location, we will now be using the Johnston one moving forward. Denis was super nice very helpful and thorough. I called last minute to see what was going on with my tires because I had all my tires replaced at Different business location and they took me in on a Sunday morning, had a very flexible schedule. They quoted me a really good price for my brake pads and are going to fix a sensor issue for my tires. They took the time they were so nice. I was even 20 mins late and they still took me in when they were bust. They were awesome and patient!
