    Visited store twice. First time I went to register was getting waited on then the employee took a phone call and proceeded to take and complete an order for the caller putting my transaction on hold. Once I got home it realized that the part was the wrong part. When I went to store to return item the SAME employee implied that I Took the real part and was returning a wrong part. I have never been more insulted and I will NEVER shop this store again. And I will spread the word.

    It's unfortunate that I have to give you this rating because I really liked the store itself and that military service members appear to be revered here. I walked into the store and stood at the counter (right at the entrance), as I could see both attendants were busy, one of them stopped stocking, came over and stood silently at a different register. I realized he wasn't going to help me where I was standing and didn't speak so I went to him. I asked for the battery to my rental car key, which he got and I paid for. I then asked him how the battery goes into the key, as I tried fumbling with it but realized I couldn't. He told me how it's supposed to be done 2/3 times, told me the particular one I had was difficult and warned me that if I broke it: 1... the key would be very expensive to replace and 2...not to break my nails... THANKS What's crazy is that there are SEVERAL signs all over the building that says they will help you for FREE. I'm sure that if I was young and blonde with my boobs up to my neck, he or one of them would have broken their neck getting over the counter to help me do it!! I shoved everything in my purse and left. I will pop into Auto Zone and have one of the Polite young Gentlemen there do it for me like they always have... without me even having to ask. Perhaps someone in management can tell me if this is the customer experience this store was aiming for. My first and last time in there.

    They said i could not return a part but there is leeway some times and then never returned the part when usally u can return something that dont work they did not take back what did not work for my car the were also pretty rude when questions were being asked and kept avoiding answering.
