  Can't even believe I am saying this. But I have been doing business there since two thousand one. And I will no longer be returning to paul messe in east providence. Poor salesperson and total lack of courtesy. Absolutely no effort to get my wife in a new lease. But you will be happy to know that we were very well taken care of at paul masse in south kingston, buick g m c . Rick and Sean made it work. My wife is so happy with her new Buick. In east providence i Made several phone calls and left messages. And did not even receive one more return call. We have several family members that lease vehicles through this location. And now I can see why nobody is returning. Very poor. I guess paul masse can afford to let customers walk out the door without even trying to make a deal happen.👎🏻 I will be sharing my story with all my family and letting them know how customers are treated in E P.   I recently purchased a new car at Paul Masse in East Providence and I couldn’t be happier.The salesman Bryant was incredibly helpful, friendly and professional. Him and the Paul Masse team made the buying process easy and stress free.i would recommend Bryant and the Paul Masse team to anyone looking for a new vehicle. Very happy with my new car!

  I lease a lot of vehicles and when I go to deal with dealerships and get a vehicle, the last thing I want to do is deal with car salespeople who are delaying the process and wasting my time. Well it didn’t happen here and they were up front about everything and gave me the best deal off the rip and that was the best. I came in told them what I wanted and told them to get me the best price and they did that. I like to be in and out at a dealership because I know it can always be a process. I came in told them what car I wanted and they got me the best price. I came back another day to return my lease and my new vehicle was waiting and ready to go and I just had sign off on some paperwork, which was fast and I was done. If they always work like this (manger who was great!! And car salespeople guy who was also great) I will be back 100% for a new truck soon and to get my daughter her first car.

  I've had terrible experience at your dealership purchased a brand new 2026 2500 HD Silverado not even leaving the dealership the transmission failed and was told to still be able to drive drove it the whole weekend while the transmission was locking up The Wheels on me almost killed myself and my handicap son on the highway while it was locking up on me I asked for a refund or put me in another vehicle it was told now there's no way of doing it so I let the warranty repair it got the truck back it was still running terrible took it on vacation then we had problems with a wheel and the suspension squeaking then was told I was being bought back for another vehicle assuming the same price then was told it was $10,000 more if I wanted to get out of the vehicle with the $5,000 credit from Chevy I feel I've been robbed and I will never ever recommend anybody to this dealership I have gotten in touch with the attorney general the better Business bureau and GM I feel like it should have been something that should have been handled the right way especially when I didn't even have the vehicle for two and a half seconds and the transmission was already broken enjoy your day I hope you're happy with the money you made

  Disappointed they weren’t open on Sunday. We were ready to buy and ended up purchasing a Toyota Tundra at the dealership up the street. Sunday hours would have made a difference for us.
