  I brought my car in for two new front tires and the work was done quick and efficiently. Ryan was extremely helpful and patient. Great prices, would highly recommend!

  No Stars, DONT TAKE YOUR CAR THERE! Toyota Camry needed new struts. The manager gave us a quote, we agreed. He then called to tell us he order wrong struts, never mentioned the correct struts we would be an additional $500 more, and added an additional day for the repair. That's not the worst of it. My husband picked it up brought it home and open the hood to find a bolt has snapped off completely. We brought it right back demanded a new one ordered, and our money back due for that repair. We had someone else do the repair. He discovered another bolt was also snapped off and was held on by a black substance in the CENTER (on both bolts). The manager claimed it was Loctite. It was not. Only a couple threads were holding the strut on. So instead of replacing the bolts with new ones, he glued the bolt back on top hoping we wouldn't notice. Corporate denied our refund stating we did not allow them to make it right. Reasoning for not trusting them to make it right; the manager admitted to doing the work himself. He knowingly snapped both bolts and used a rubber type glue to hold them in place (3 bolts in total hold that strut in place). The manager knowing full well, let the car leave his shop creating a potentially dangerous situation. The vehicle is my elderly fathers car. Photos to prove it!

  Needed a battery replacement as soon as possible stopped by and Matthew was able to help me instantly, he was courteous, respectful and showed a commitment to his customers. I will be back thank you Matthew and Monroe.

  Matt and Jose were able to remove all four of my Subarus locking lug nuts after the lug key broke, and they replace them in an about one hour and were professional and friendly throughout the entire process, any shop can claim to be the honest worker but this Monroe and its employees show the true work ethic and honesty everyone needs today

  I'm only giving two stars because the manager was nice, it was extremely busy, and it was a very hot day. I understand the staff was probably under a lot of pressure. Otherwise, this would have been a one-star review. I went in for an oil change before a road trip. My service included a tire rotation, and I specifically asked them to refill my windshield washer fluid because it was completely empty. I also asked them to check my back left tire because it has a slow leak. The tire pressure was already down to 25 and I know it has a leak because I've had to add air to it every week or so. When my car was finished, I asked if the tire had been repaired or if it needed to be replaced. I was told the technician sprayed it down and found no leak. That made no sense to me because I know there is a leak. I was also told they would have had to remove the tire to investigate further. I realized the tire rotation hadn't even been done. My back tire was still in the same position, even though a tire rotation was included in the service I paid for. Then I checked my windshield washer fluid, and it was still completely empty, even though I specifically requested it be filled. They also didn't place the oil change reminder sticker on my windshield, which is a minor detail, but they didn't even reset the oil maintenance light in my car. My dashboard still says "Oil Maintenance Required." At that point, I honestly started wondering if the oil had even been changed because so many basic parts of the service were missed.I paid almost $160 for a service that appears to have been only partially completed. The tire rotation wasn't done, my washer fluid wasn't filled, my maintenance reminder wasn't reset, and I was told there was no leak in a tire that consistently loses air and was sitting at only 25 The manager I dealt with was genuinely kind and professional, and I appreciate that. My frustration isn't with him personally, it's with the quality of the work. I left feeling like the job was rushed and incomplete, and that's not acceptable, especially before a road trip.
